Met various times to go over design plans. From initial meeting to actual permits was approximately one year. During that time it was communicated that permits were submitted. Contacted City of Seattle and no permits were submitted. Lead designer was dishonest and evading that permits for the project were ever submitted. Lacked follow up and communication skills thru emails and phone calls. Was excited to work with designer based off initial design plan and meetings but company appears to be interested in larger more expensive jobs. Wished they were honest and either said they were too busy or our project was too small. In the end the company did refund all our money that we had paid and we discontinued services with them. Lead architect seemed to be a nice person but I think stretches himself too thin. Trying to take on too many projects.
