Overall, both projects went well. Re-models are never fun and there are always problems/delays/difficulties. The key is how the contractor reacts to the problems. Luis was responsive when things went wrong. He was professional regarding the scope of supply (in other words, he didn't use cheap materials to lower his cost and improve his margin). I don't like to deal with contractors because most of them are snakes. But, I used Luis again for a project at my duplex as well. This speaks volumes about the quality job he does.
