THE VAC SHOP

It has been good. It is made in Germany and it is really nice. Right now I am trying to figure out a little blockage in the hose. It shows you what is wrong and also how to fix it. They sell high end vacuum cleaners. I had an old vacuum which I had to take it apart every week because of the dog in the house. The dog was just in one room but there was hair and fine dust all over and that affected my allergies. The only option was to take it apart completely, clean the insides out and dry it out for three days. That would last for a few weeks and then I would have to re-do the whole thing again. I was just tired of that and wanted a high end vacuum cleaner. It is very powerful and smooth. It has a five year warranty. I was not very happy with my old vacuum cleaner as there was a lot of job involved. I had to take apart my old vacuum cleaner and with the dust all over my face, it wasn't a good vacuum cleaner. The salesperson told me that this particular vacuum cleaner was used in hotels in particular and that they could not damage it. The price was a little bit high, but they gave you the warranty and the parts could be serviced once a year. This particular vacuum had a hospital grade filter. The hose works great and it never worked in my old vacuum cleaner. I had a very weak suction on my old vacuum cleaner and this one just sucks up everything. The salesman has been working for 45 years and knows his stuff. He was very responsive and excellent. He was able to answer my questions quickly and I was able to go in and out fast.

I walked into the Vac Shop thinking I was going to be a SEBO canister vacuum. I received a great demo of many different vacuums and realized that I was about to buy too much vacuum for my needs. I ended up buying a SEBO Felix upright. This was the only shop that agreed to a full refund if I hated the vacuum once I used it at home. We even worked out a trade for my old vacuum. The advice I received was spot on. The vacuum is perfect and he save me about $150.

THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, FIT THE PRODUCT RECOMMENDATION TO OUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS. WE WERE EVEN ABLE TO RECOUP MONEY FROM TRADING SOME OF THE ACCESSORIES FROM OUR OLD MACHINE.
