 + 1 moreThe emergency with the sewer pipe overflow was handled very quickly - we contacted them on 9/7 and they responded to my message within a half hour. They came out on a Saturday and snaked the drain as well as plunging the tub when that stopped draining well. Because they were only able to snake out from the house about 50 ft, they recommended that we contact a local company to have the drain scoped to ensure that there were no issues. The price was very reasonable, the plumbers very friendly and the service was fantastic. LOVE these guys!
Description of Work: We had a sewer pipe overflow in our basement and they snaked the drain. In addition, they have re-plumbed our house with PEX pipe on the interior and copper where pipes were visible, as well as installing a new water heater.

 + -1 moreGene JR did an amazing job, a quick turn around from time he came to estimate to job completion. I had several services that needed fixing: water pipe, new garbage disposal, and leaky faucet. Not only did Gene complete the job in a timely and efficient manner, he is an all around great guy. I have two big dogs and he did not mind them a bit, in fact he is a huge dog lover. Felt very comfortable having him in my house and working on these projects. I will be sure to contact him for any future plumbing/water issues. I highly recommend him for ANY of your plumbing needs, residential or commercial.

 + -1 moreWe are very pleased with Gene and would certainly call him in the future. He is efficient and direct. We have only positive comments about his performance and recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Gene, the plumber of The Plumber, Inc, did work for us on two occasions both of which are totaled in the cost and reported here. The first time, he was recommended by a large plumbing contractor that did not do gas lines. Gene replaced a shut-off valve and gas line for a clothes dryer and installed two valves of the type we requested for water lines to the washing machine. He does very good work. The water valves required cutting the drywall, and Gene did a very neat job that made it easy to patch the wall. He is efficient and knows what he is doing. When we had a sudden leak in the kitchen faucet, Gene came by very quickly and diagnosed the problem in about ten seconds. It required a new part far a rather exotic faucet in our new house, so had to be ordered. When it arrived, Gene made a significant effort to come by quickly and do the repair.

 + -1 moreThe Plumber, Inc., has done excellent work in our residence over recent years: a new electric water heater, two shower hookups, two new toilet installations, and sink repairs. Gene is very conscientious (a very good work ethic) and is honest. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased. He was called this morning and performed the work by 2PM. His hourly rate was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Today, 11/11/11, Gene came to house to fix a leak underneith the kitchen sink. His company has been to our house on numerous occasions without any complaints.
