Vacuum Cleaners
As a vacuum it is ok, but as a precision cleaner it does not do as well.

Vacuum Cleaners
I took my vacuum to The Hoover Store on 6/30 for a new switch. Two months later the switch broke. I took it back to have a new switch installed a belt & bags. A week later I got my vacuum back & two days later the switch broke again. I immediately took it back & talked to Derek McClinton Service Mgr. He said the switch was put in upside down. The switch broke again after I took the vacuum home. A third time I took the vacuum back & was told they would have to order another switch. This was on 10/30/06. I was told it would be ready in about 10 days. I kept calling asking when my vacuum would be ready for pick up. Now I am being told it needed a Rod and a Handle as well as a new switch to make the switch work. Nothing was said about a rod & handle at the time of drop off. When I asked what was taking so long they said they had ordered parts from their Factory twice. On 11/19 I took my vacuum out of their unreliable hands to a place that fixed it in 5 minutes. Problem Faulty Switch.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THE WORK WAS WELL-DONE AND REASONABLY PRICED. THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIX IT IMMEDIATELY AND I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO REMIND THEM TO FIX IT.
