Services were easy to arrange. The THA employee did a great job. She was efficient and thorough. The job was done more quickly than I thought and I was very happy with the results. I will hire them again any time I need cleaning service.

Three gals arrived on time and I showed them the work needed. One studio had had a renter for 14 years and was in terrible shape. The girls were very hard workers. They did exactly what I asked and asked me to check their work when done. I have used this service before and was as impressed this time around as last time.

She arrived 10 min early, so much better than late. After some basic instruction, got right to work and worked well without supervision. Finished everything I needed easily within the timeframe and did a couple of much-appreciated 'nice-to-have-done' tasks as well. I'll definitely keep using THA.

The initial visit was as bit of a shock, when I got the bill. When the owner came out she had bid me for about 3-4 hours (1600 sq ft). I had received a bill for almost double what I was expecting. She told me that they were there for longer than they had anticipated. However the cleaning was great, my oven, fridge, all of the nooks and crannies had been cleaned. I paid the invoice of $400 without a question. I had then asked THA to come back on a biweekly basis to just do basic touch ups for me. The crew of two showed up a day early, not a big deal and the cleaning was good as well. However the next morning I went to make a cup of tea, and found a K cup in my coffee pot. I had contacted the owner and let her know that I had concerns that her team was comfortable enough in my home to go through the drawers and make themselves a cup of coffee. I also found it strange that they had washed the few dishes that I had in the sink and put them off to the side. However the dishes they used were placed back in the cabinet. The owner at first told me her team is instructed not to touch clients things, and there was also a lawn guy out front that was locking up the garage when he left after they departed. The ''yard guy'' was my nephew who didn't even go in the house that day. I verified through the security cameras and let the owner know this. She then let me know she had checked with her team, and someone did in fact make them selves a cup of coffee. She apologized for the incident and asked me what the damages were. I just asked her for my final invoice and to remove me from her schedule

"Dear client thank you very much for your review,very appreciate it.Yes when I came to give you a quote for cleaning I clean said I charge hourly for first cleaning and gave you some ideas how many hours cleaning can take.But again everything depends on the house conditions.Sometimes for first lion house doesn't look that require a lot of work but when we start cleaning try to get every single corner it takes a time.Glad to hear that you like the result;)We discussed with you that cleaning will be every 2 weeks on Thur.I am sorry that you thought it will be on Fri.We came on The day which we agreed with you via txt.Usually when clients [Member Information Removed] few dishes in the sink we wash it and put away.When clients [Member Information Removed] full sink of dishes I charge bit extra to take care that.Team washed dishes for you,put it away and cleaned sink very well.If we would know that you don't want us to touch any dishes we wouldn't.About coffee:We clean a lot of homes where is clients always asked my team if they want they can make coffee or [Member Information Removed] cup of water.My team made a cup of coffee and my apologies about that since you weren't at home and they shouldn't do it without your proposing.I strongly talked with my team just never do that again to avoid that kind problem.And how I told you I am ready to cover the damage.I gave you some refund that should cover everything.Thank you very much for everything and sorry it didn't worked out.I will do my best with my team to improve.My best,Tanya"

I went through that THA House Cleaning LLC. I would not use them again because they are horribly expensive. They have two people who come. My first bill was $800 dollars and my house is 500 square feet. This bill was six hundred and some dollars.

The two women that were sent in did a good job and cleaning the house. I have to admit that they had quite a challenge to deal with when they arrived. The overall quality of the work was outstanding. There were only minor things missed which is not surprising, considering the state of the house when they arrived. I had to leave for most of the day and when I returned, it was to a completely different looking house. I am definitely using this service again to maintain the house until it sells.

Badly. We moved into a new construction home, and because I have allergies, I wanted the house spotless. The builder had already sent their cleaners in twice. The cleaners were there for five hours, but when I came back that evening - there was still dust/dirt on the counters and in the tub.
However, if this was the only thing, I would not be complaining. We also hired them for a move-out clean for our old house. I had wanted them to do a quick clean before our handyman came, and then a thorough clean afterwards. For the quick clean, I just wanted walls and floors. It took them five hours to do three rooms - about 20% of the home. And they were getting about 80% of the dirt. When Tanya came over, we asked that the cleaners move faster, but she disputed that they were moving slow. She then left with her cleaners, and I was stuck cleaning the entire house by myself. It took me a while but I did a better job than them (and perhaps faster). I'd stay away from these folks. Tanya's a big talker but doesn't back it up.
