The professional came out about 45 minutes after scheduled time but I was notified well in advance that it would be a little later so the communication was great. After arriving he removed the broken glass and frame and carefully placed the new one and was complete within 40 minutes. He carefully cleaned the area around the door and made sure there was no broken shards of glass on the patio. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would use them again.

I wasn’t here for the last repair, but I was present when they did the other repairs. They were professional and got the job done to our satisfaction. They are my “glass people” as far as I know and I haven’t found anybody better. I haven’t done any price comparisons. I think they are probably close to the going rates - I don’t think they are inexpensive by any means. They are very responsive but it takes them a while to get the materials in - from the time we call until they have the materials available to do the work. It takes them about 2 or 3 weeks, and I don’t know if that is unusual.
