This paint store is the lesser of many evils here in Seattle. I have been to others and hate them all. The service here leaves a bit to be desired and the prices are high (although not worse than some others) but the color selection is A LOT better and the staff manages to stop short of hostile and completely useless. So, I guess that's good. I do like the fact that I was able to purchase pre-made tester bottles of most of the colors I wanted to try and they also have very large paper squares of most of the colors if you can't find a tester or don't want to buy one. Of all the paint stores in the city, I would recommend this one.
