Description of Work: Because Seattle Floor Service has an A grade on the list, we emailed them for an estimate, describing what we wanted,hardwoods in our living room and possibly some stairs. Andy Taylor was prompt in both calling and emailing to set up an appointment within the week. Seems great so far. He arrived only about 15 minutes late for our appointment, still not too bad. He measured, discussed options, and led us to believe all was well with the job. A week later we received an email with the subject line "No Thanks." No explanation, just we're not interested in the job. Was our job too small? Did it involve too many stairs? I have to say I have never been rejected by a contractor before. What a weird experience. Even though their work may be fine (we'll never know), I could never recommend them.
