We have 3 convenient full service stations located in Seattle communities Greenwood, U-District and Northgate, our locations offer easy access to/from I-5. We dropped the car off at 10 am as arranged, and picked it up at 3:00 pm, on schedule. Talked to the mechanic a couple of times to see how it was going. They answered the phone (as our previous garage did not - and they didn't respond to messaged either.) and answered all the questions we had.

The service is always great and they are always super friendly. I have been ripped off by auto places in the past. I feel like I can trust Salmons. They are in my neighborhood and I have gotten to know them. They know that I am a single working mom and can't afford a lot. I went somewhere else and always got a bill for $600. That doesn't happen with Salmons.

I took my car in for an oil change and had an appointment for 9 AM and asked them to check it for any obvious problems. Because they had an unexpected rush of customers, it actually took them almost three hours to service my car. But they did apologize and if I had insisted, they would have done it faster. I feel they did an excellent job of just checking things out on my car. They ended up adjusting the brakes and fixing the parking brake as well as cleaning up the battery.

The best example was when I heard a weird sound coming from my car every time I turned the wheel to the left (usually in the morning). They looked over everything, found that there was nothing wrong, sandblasted the bottom of the car so it was like new, and then didn't charge me anything for it.

Larry is always friendly, professional and honest. I would like lower prices, but they are still cheaper than dealers and their work has always been good. I have had tune-ups, timing belt changes and miscellaneous other work done. There is usually a wait of a few days to get in to get work done. Final price was only slightly higher than estimate.
