SALMON BAY SAND & GRAVEL CO

I am adding an extra bay to my garage. Salmon Bay poured the footings which I did not witness. I was here when the footing walls were poured. The driver was here promptly and coordinated with the concrete crew on where to locate. He did everything he could to help the concrete crew get the cement where they needed it. He was very adept at anticipating where to move the chute and filling wheelbarrows as needed. The concrete crew mentioned that this driver is always very helpful. I have dealt with Salmon Bay several times over the years and have never had a bad experience. One final note. I did not personally pay for this service directly. The excavating concrete finishing company will include the cost in their final bill. I'm sure their competitive otherwise they wouldn't have been in business as long as they have.

I only wish this level of customer service could be found with all companies. What's impressive about this company is how they handle mistakes. The fellow who took my order wrote down crushed gravel rather than the builder grade sand... oops! When I called to tell them the wrong stuff was in the driveway, they called me back promptly with a game plan. The gravel was gone and the sand was in its place by the afternoon. Everyone I spoke with, from the fellows who dealt with the order, the truck driver, and even the guys who swept up the driveway were extremely professional and helpful.

THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD TO WORK WITH. THEY MADE THE DELIVERIES ON TIME. THE WORKERS WERE DEPENDABLE. THE TRUCKS WERE IN GOOD CONDITION. WE NEEDED THE DELIVERIES TO BE TIMELY AND THEY MET OUR EXPECTATIONS.

WE CLEARED SPACE FOR A NEW CONCRETE PATIO IN OUR BACK YARD, HAD A CONCRETE CONTRACTOR PREPARE IT, AND THEY RECOMMENDED SALMON BAY SAND AND GRAVEL FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE CONCRETE. WE PLACED AN ORDER FOR IT BY PHONE THE DAY BEFORE WE NEEDED IT AND THEY SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME, POURED THE CONCRETE AND CLEANED UP THEIR MESS. DELIVERED ON TIME AND THE PRICE THAT WAS PROMISED.
