Not well. I had appt with Isreal, between 10-11. When he arrived i was not there: i had delagated task of his est to someone else. When i called in to see how est was coming along i was told that Isreal wanted to know who was going to pay for this est. i was taken aback as Isreal did not mention a charge. I told delegate to put Isreal on phone, i was told he would call me back when he got back to the office i insisted i would talk NOW- to resolve this issue. We argued back and forth, he tried to tell me est. are an industry standard however-not that articulate , he kept saying, est are known, everyone knows....i once again reiterated that he did not indicate there would be a charge, i would not have called him out if he would have charged me. I said, i now dont trust you, so he can leave his bid, or not i do not care, but i will not pay for an estimate. He stormed out muttering i was a difficult customer and he didn't want to do business with me. Well isreal- Back at ya!
