Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had Roto Rooter come to my condo, because my kitchen sink (that has a disposal) was plugged. Although the service person was able to unclog the drain and replace the disposal, we were charged almost $700 for a half hours work, excluding drive time! There were no parts involved, just labor. I could have said I will find someone else, but I needed my sink and plugged. I wish I had been told when I scheduled the appointment it would cost even half that much to unclog a sink with a disposal. If so, I would have kept looking for someone else. While I realize everyone is price gouging these days, even if you factored in, say a half an hour for drive time, that equates to over $700 an hour. I will never use Roto Rooters services again.

They responded the same day that I put in my project. They were also on site, located the source of the leak, and implemented a fix for the problem before the day was out.

They were very careful & clean in their work.
