I hired this group to replace very aged shingles on a detached garage roof. I considered this to be a nice way to assess the quality of work that might be provided for an anticipated project focused on the main house in the future. Although Hugo was not as glib or as articulate as others who provided estimates, I was impressed by his timeliness, responsiveness to questions, and obvious working knowledge. He was present throughout the job, providing hands-on work as well as leadership to the team. I was able to watch them work through an upper window of the main house, and I was impressed by the attention to detail and professionalism exhibited by this group. Excellent, excellent.

Hired these guys for flat roof install over my garage cause they were way lower than a couple other estimates. Expected not very good quality because the estimate was so much lower...boy was I wrong...these guys are terrific...excellent work quality,good materials,great customer service,show up on time and clean up afterwards. My house in Bellevue has a flat roof over the garage and a standard sloped roof over the main house. Hugo and Jesus replaced both roofs for me after tearing off the old roofing material and replacing a few sheets of rotted plywood. I recommend them highly. Very easy to work with, always responded to phone and email messages, showed up per schedule on time. Finished the job and cleanup in just 3 days. They use excellent materials. The house looks great. I'm pretty particular. I don't usually give 5 star ratings but these guys deserve it. Good reliable craftsmanship and a very competitive price. Thanks guys.
