It took them about 8 hours to do a simple move. Their own estimate was 4-5 hours maximum. The crew was not efficient at all. Lots of stress for us since we only had a 6 hours window to do the move. I had to start helping them to unload our packages just to speed up the move. Very disappointing.
I had explicitly asked them that our bed needed to be disassembled and assembled back in the destination, but they did not even have tools to do so. I had to go and find them tools.
