The crew was efficient & responsive to my requests & concerns for certain pieces. They explained everything throughout the job so I was always clear on what was happening.

Crew was fast, efficient and did a great job. Arrived on time and completed the move early.

I had hired the 3 person crew but one of the guys was new so it slowed the move down. I called them and expanded the situation and the general manager refund me an hour of labor. Over all I would recommend them.

These guys did a great job, no damage to my walls or my furniture. I saw no delaying as they just got the job done.

We've relo'd across the country many times and this was our first local move as we've down on our own as we look to settle down. Decided on Neighbors because they guaranteed a crew who were full time movers and that is what we received. Quoting, scheduling, and dispatch was easy. Crew appeared on time, was friendly, and very hard working. Excellent communication throughout the move with us to make sure things were moved where we wanted. Quote was accurate and any fears we had about doing a move on our own were relieved. I highly recommend Neighbors Relocation Services and would gladly use them again.

The movers were on time, and very professional. I appreciated that they moved all the heavy stuff and it took about 4 hours, tore the beds down and placed them where they belonged in the new house. I was very impressed and would definitely refer them to others.

The crew was really great and easy to work with. Seemed a little pricey, but we didn't know what to compare it to. Very thorough and the actual job matched the estimate we had been given.

The movers were friendly and did a good job, but the office side was not customer friendly. They gave me an estimate first, then took a $100 charge to lock in, which would be applied to the total. Next conversation I have with them they inform me there is a 7% additional fee and I have to pay the first hour of drive time for the movers to get to my house. Then when movers arrived they did a new estimate with an increased price. Maybe this is the way all moving companies are, but I hate hidden fees and charges and because of this I can't rate them highly.

They get paid by the hour and they stood around until they got to the 8 hr limit. They broke a mirror and left it for me to clean up. They left there waste laying around for me to clean up. They put a big gouge in the new carpeting. WAY TOO Expensive. I will never hire them again.

I hired two movers for a short move to empty a 10 x 10 storage unit. They arrived on time, ready to go. Both movers were professional, moved quickly and completed the job to my satisfaction. Thanks Home Advisor!
