I hired this company to offload trucks. They called fifteen minutes after the requested appointment time to inform me they could not do the job. They left me stranded on a fifty foot dock with two loaded trucks that were supposed to be moved. They did ask if I wanted my deposit back.

I paid over $800 for the moving service and they were very unprofessional. There were a few expensive solid wood pieces of furniture and an air conditioning unit they left in the middle of the street because it was too heavy. They also said it was time for them to get off. They purposely left it and even drove by it when they left. I had to disassemble the furniture myself to get it out of the street. There was no organization when they placed the furniture in my home and may have even damaged my TV when they had the ramp pushing into the TV box. I haven't turned the TV on yet to see if it works. It also seemed as if they were considering stealing a pair of shoes because the shoes were separated from the rest of the shoes and placed in an odd spot behind furniture.

This company is most dishonest. After giving me the quote (2 hours of moving), they informed me and charged me more than double of the quote on the day of the move after all my belongings were at the doorsteps of my new place. The moving process literally took just a touch under 2 hours. I have no choice but to pay at that point because they basically holding my belongings hostage in their truck at the destination. I called the company numerous times to dispute the charges, no one ever returns my call. Their business practice is completely unethical.

They were putting things together. That was never agreed upon. Was not there for the delivery. Should have informed my friend they should not have been putting the bed and Tv together. A 4-5 hour job took 7 hrs. Cost me over a grand. Was moving from Tacoma to Sammamish.

Prompt, efficient, friendly.

They will pre-charge you for extra time at an hourly rate that is significantly higher than the rate quoted. They try to charge you for travel time not related to your move and then fight when it comes to refunding your money. The workers were good but even they described their bosses as being dishonest people.

They did a great job, didn't waste time, were respectful of me and my belongings. I can't remember their names, but the lead was a wonderful young man. Next in line got everything put together great. Enjoyed the third guy. All went well.

Worked fast, considerate of my furniture and house. They offered to put both my TVs into the same box and pad the insides to save me $75 that they charge per box. Yeah its expensive just for a box but I was ready to pay it and they didn't need to help me out there and did anyway. The two movers were just nice guys and worked hard throughout the whole move. Cheaper than everyone else by a mile as well. Would definitely recommend.

Jose & Damian (??) were fabulous from start to finish. We could not have done this move without professional help and they did not disappoint. Our Neighbors' Team of two were prompt (in fact, early); efficient, respectful of us, our homes, and our items. They took every precaution to ensure no damage was incurred, and that items were placed where we wanted. Neighbors' pricing was the best in our area and while we did need to adjust the final invoice slightly due to a miscommunication, our account lead Lucas was professional and did not hesitate to make the change. I also am glad we could support our Veterans by using this Veteran owned & operated company. Thanks again!

William and Don were great. Well coordinated and efficient. We felt they were upfront and thorough, came in slightly under the estimate. Everything went smoothly. No complaints!

They arrived late, claimed they weren't late, went WAY over the phone and in-person estimate of hours/$ to the point I was paying overtime, and as they hurried out the last item they unloaded, my mattress, was silently left with a huge bulge (luckily I knew how to fix it because it was multiple layers of foam). They threw away the broken piece of my nightstand so I wouldn't notice it. It took a call to the supervisor (they're not all working yet I'm being charged during this discussion) to avoid having to sign an I wont,t hold you accountable for any damage you do to my place and to get them to put down basic floor protection coverings without a huge additional charge.

The movers actually arrived earlier than I had anticipated. But everything worked out fine.

The men were very nice, respectful, but I would not hire Neighbors Moving again. A 55 inch TV was broken. I put in a claim, but the company makes it so difficult to process. I am almost sure they bank in the fact that the customer will be discouraged either to finish the process. I had used them 15 years ago, they were good, something must have changed. There are lots of other companies that I am willing to try it I move again, but NEVER again will I use Neighbors Moving Company.

We worked with Angel and Dalton, they were both very professional and worked fast! I would hire them again.

This company was great once they got to my house to complete the work. The only issue I had was that some communication was lacking when the team was late due to an unforeseen incident. But once they arrived it was amazing and the work was completed quickly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat with a better understanding that if an unforeseen incident arises that the customers be notified so that expectations of an arrival time are understood. Once they arrived it was smooth from there. Drop-off was perfect. The team also had to deliver to a storage unit and I had asked for them to stack everything in a specific way. They even covered my items with blankets that I had purchase to help protect everything. They did a great job and I would hire them again.
