They guys out of Pyuallup are very responsive, arrive on time, and were able to work with us in parts we had purchased already. They installed our hot tub electrical and even worked through the issues of an old house. I would hire them again.

Very nice employee. 20 minutes total from greeting to driving away.. $300 for approx 7 minutes of actual work to fix crossed wires in an existing functional outlet. I understand travel time. I understand trip charge but oh my god! Time crunch and Desperation made me pay, but price will likely prevent me from choosing this specific company again.

Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Came out right away and fixed the problem for what he estimated. First choice from now on. Call them before you call anyone else.

The main reason I hired an electrician to run electric to a backyard shed is that I didn't want to dig the trench, and I wanted it inspected, so I wanted it done right the first time so that the process didn't drag on. The quality of the install and parts seemed ok, and they worked around an unforeseen block of concrete underground. Which was above and beyond. If the inspector had come out right away, and everything put back, it probably would have been fine. But the inspector (and Mr. electric) kept canceling and rescheduling appts. When he finally came out, we failed the inspection because the panel was only secured on one side. Mr Electric came out and secured the other side, but by doing so, the outside conduit got pushed away from the building, so now the pipe is curved and I had to add filler foam to keep the rain from coming inside. Then, when someone finally came out to fill in the trench, it had been a week and a half by this point and the rain had made a mess of the pile of dirt on the grass. I was left with sections of the trench that were too high AND other areas too low, and left-over dirt everywhere. I have spent considerable time trying to get my lawn back to some state of uniformity, but its still a mess. I would have thought they would have put down a tarp to put the dug-out grass and dirt on so that it could be put back easliy. And then, I would have expected the replaced dirt and grass to at least be even. I know this review is almost entirely about the inspector and their groundskeeping skills, but if you are running electric outside the main house, you'd have to be skilled in all the above.

I will continue to us homeadviser for future jobs, and will use Mr Electric again

This service is a national service and was incredibly expensive. However, they were prompt. They charged me for 2 hours, though were only here for 45 minutes. They did take the time to explain things, and I recognized their expertise. I will likely use them again, though.

Mr. Electric wasn't the cheapest I had bid, but they were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain things. They also offered to get a permit, others didn't. I'm very pleased with the work they did.

Mr. Electric fixed longstanding innadequate work done by friends. Some jobs are important. Don't have 'pals' do your work. Mr. Electric was fast with knowledgeable professionals. They did great work.. I'll reccomend them. Home Advisor is a welcomed service.

Put a new panel in when they left for the day the main breaker was left off so my freezer, stove did not work. Had to buy dinner. Next day they came back now I have a hole in my ceiling and a hole in my wall.

The electrician did a good job, but was disappointed by the scheduling rep. Before having someone come out, I wanted to get their hourly rate in order to compare to another electrician I found. The phone rep told me that they don't have hourly rates & that an electrician would come out & give me a no obligation bid. When the electrician came out, one of the first things he did was tell me their "hourly rates" which were a lot more than other electricians I found. By this point, I had already lost one hour of work so I just had him do the work for 30% more than another electrician.

Came out promptly, was punctual and professional, worked with my schedule and all around was a great experience. Explained exactly what would need to be done, and then did it in a very professional manner.

Don was efficient and very helpful. He will return to finish the needed installation in a timely fashion.

I would hire John Easterly of Mr. Electric any day for any project. He's the only guy who gave a fair bid and they did a great job. Customer service is supreme. I can't say enough good things about these guys! On time, courteous, thurough, cleaned up, good clean job. Not a bunch of busy work or extras, didn't slack, didn't smoke. These things are important to me. Excellent guys & a pleasure to work with. I recommend highly.

The work was professional enough but it did not take close to the 4 1/2 hours estimated but barely 2 hours to complete and was extremely overpriced.

Mr Electric was fantastic. He did a great job with the work, was professional and attentive. He really made an effort to make sure i was satisfied with the work through every step of the process. I'm so satisfied that i'm even hiring him for a larger electrical project.

Few other electricians contacted even bothered to show up. Let alone go the extra mile! Absolutely ALL aspects of a challenging job, taking an old house from a tangle of wires and joints to a clean, functioning and reliable finished job, only positive attitudes throughout. And pricing was VERY competitive. Would recommend this Electrician to anyone.
