We recently completed the purchase of our first home and were so fortunate to get to work with such a phenomenal real estate team that we wanted to let everyone know about our experience.  My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home with a fairly average budget for the area we were looking in, using traditional financing.  In such a competitive market it was essential to have Lisa and Kristine?s expertise, experience, and ?Everything Matters? approach. 
They took an extremely comprehensive perspective in helping us narrow down our neighborhood, needs vs. wants, and took the time to explain and answer our questions about all phases of the home search and home buying process.  They both made us feel as if we were their only clients and were seemingly available anytime day or night to answer even the most mundane questions. 
Additionally, when we went to different showings, they helped us identify specific things to consider that we definitely wouldn?t have thought about on our own (roofing concerns, mechanical areas to look at, and ideas for design). 
Putting together the offer was where we thought Lisa and Kristine were really exceptional!  Within 24 hours of the home coming on the MLS, Lisa had negotiated a private showing even though the family was living in the house.  We were able to put in an offer less than 24 hours later to ensure that the home didn?t even get to the scheduled open house on the upcoming weekend.  Despite how quickly we moved, there was still another offer on the home.  
However, Lisa structured our offer in such a way that we were able to beat out the competition even though the other offer was $10k higher than ours.  She then somehow still managed to negotiate a brand new roof paid for by the sellers!  Even though our offer and negotiation went really quickly, we never felt out of the loop and were completely informed as Lisa and Kristine walked us through each phase of the process and documentation from negotiation, inspection, contracting, and appraisal all the way through closing.      
We were so happy that they were able to help us land such a great house in our desired location and still get a good deal.  In fact, Lisa specifically has kept in touch with us after the sale and has been instrumental in helping us with great connections as we remodel and move into our new home.  We emphatically recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and think they would make an excellent part of your real estate team!

Extremely well. First they sent us a lot of houses that we could look at over the Internet. Then, when we visited on a tight schedule, they helped us at our convenience look at a lot of houses. We had found a house on our first visit, but it didn't inspect well. (Mold in the attic.) So they recommended that we keep looking and didn't pressure us to buy that one, even though it would have required more work on their part. The second visit, we looked at 30 homes in 2 days and found the right one for our budget and needs. Then Lisa and Vicki went to work, arranging inspections, and helping us with the financing. They spent a lot of time on the phone, (again at our convenience) explaining all the inspection results and other details. Finally, they worked hard negotiating on our behalf to get us the house at the best price. They are very good at what they do and would be worth twice their fee if you are selling a house. (Buying fees are paid by the seller.) They are great!
