I had a $10 off coupon. I waited inside, it only took like 15-20 minutes. They are not very pushy with sales, at least this time they weren't. I would recommend them, because they are convenient. There is always water and coffee to drink for free.

Derek was RUDE! Cut me off, spoke over the top of me, did not listen. He became annoyed when I declined the upsells. He did a really bad job of and quot;cleaningand quot; my windows, missing spots and smearing the rest when the paper towels got dirty. When I pointed it out, he became defensive, said they were and quot;justand quot; windows, said I and quot;had him up against the walland quot; (I had not even gotten out of my car!), assigned another employee to clean the windows. Then, when he asked for payment, I told him I would pay when the work was done. He stormed off into the office, slamming the door behind him!
Does he not realize that shoddy work I can SEE does not give me confidence that the work I can't see was done properly!

Fast and they did a great job of cleaning the car.

I got in and out fast, paid less than a dealer would charge, but have no idea if the work was done properly. They were polite, but I was uncomfortable with the recommendations for extra work. I'd been using the service of a local new car dealer and they and the owners manual never mentioned some of the services they recommended.

This guy was really friendly and very knowledgeable. He was so polite to me and that is why I would go back to them. I went there for such a small job and they didn t think of me any differently than any other customer that had a huge job needed.

Tried to sell me more expensive oil, saying VW recommends it. I checked the auto manual and it does not specifically recommend it, only mentions it as a choice. I drove away BILLOWING smoke. Went back. They said it was nothing they did wrong, even though the car was fine when I arrived. They told me a VW dealer would have to fix it. Then they called their manager and said the VW was unusual and oil got into something it wasn't supposed to. (The car had been there at least twice before for the same service and this was no problem before.) Wasted my gas burning off the oil, wasted my time, I got in very late to work, did not apologize, gave me no money back to recompense.
