Decided to go to Mercedes dealership for service

Jerry was easy to work with and did just what he said he would. His prices are reasonable (my son has had several visits as well, with similar results). My only problem is with his crew smoking cigarettes like its 1964. And in the shop! Aren't there laws against that? I know the previous owner did as well, but when I came to pick up my car I had to walk by four of them smoking outside the open garage door, then when I entered my vehicle it seemed as though someone had just been smoking in it! Very unprofessional. The car reeked for hours. I'd go back, because it's an awesome combination of knowledge and low cost, but I wish they'd give up the smokes.

Everything went great. Jerry's rates are very reasonable and his work is superb. My car idles smoothly and starts on the first try (it was typically taking two attempts before I brought the car in). Jerry diagnosed the cruise control problem and gave me some options for repair. The brake work is great and I've got a new oil filter and oil. My car was done on time and each time I called, Jerry was really good about answering the phone or getting back to me. I'll be back next time my car needs work.
