They really do good work. I never had a problem that I can think of. They have done big services. I am sure they are not the cheapest place, but I have always gotten good service. They are right downtown so they do a lot of people who were in downtown. It is the closest Honda dealership to the place where I live. They put in Honda parts and the parts seem to be really good. Honda stands behind their product. I had a transmission problem with a car when it had about #35000 miles on it and they have fixed it. I have been using them for about 12 years. I would continue to use them.

The service department personnel were friendly and professional. After I dropped off my car, they shuttled me back to my house promptly, which was nice. They finished the repair work slightly late, but I didn't have to wait long. They could not duplicate the shift lever problem, and did not charge for this extra diagnostic effort. Suggests a certain amount of honesty on their part.

Their price was reasonable. The job went fine. I have used them for years. They are reliable, reasonable in pricing, and they know Honda vehicles. They do good work. I will use them again in the future.

I really like them. They got everything fixed and found what needed to be done so that I could take it up at a later stage. They also replaced the visor and I was confident about the work they did. They were very nice and had people waiting with a clipboard to take down what needed to be done. They were thorough, did not rush you and had things ready when they said they would. They were expensive, but they were very good.

They have always been easy to work with and flexible. They also do extra things for example, they pointed out to me that my battery was low. They have a shuttle service and will pick you up and drop you off. I have not had any problems with the work that they have done.

I brought my CR-V in on Dec. 1 with very little notice and they managed to accommodate me. My repairs were made by the night service crew. I generally avoid dealer service because I feel dealers charge more; however, they were the only place I called who could fit me in immediately. They also have a 10% off coupon for night service on their website good through Dec 31, 2008, which helped on the price. I have used them before to replace my driver's side mirror after a school bus damaged it. They are always professional and I know they do the job right.

Fine. I feel like we spent too much money but I don't have any specific complaints. The car worked just fine after the service but, then again, it worked fine before the service too. We took it in for preventative maintenance only.

They were well organized. They were prompt in returning my vehicle back to me. They notified me when the repair was finished. The price was also what they said it would be.

When I got the car home from the shop it was leaking oil so I had to take it back. They said they spilt some oil on the motor and it just ran off. They were very courteous when I dropped off the car and picked it up.

They keep a really good schedule which is convent for me during work hours. I like that you can make an appointment by phone or email which saves a lot of my time. They also have a shuttle bus when you are getting you car serviced, and they will drop you off at work.

They have been very good with us. We own two Honda's because of how much we like this dealer and because of their professionalism. They have been very friendly and always do a good job on any repairs or any basic services. I don't remember how much I spent on that though.
