Let’s talk about working with some of the most skilled and professional craftspeople, I have had the pleasure of working with. Juan, Medardo, Oscar, Matt, Marta and the entire team are transparent, creative, trustworthy, and talented contractors. I initially hired Happy at Home Contracting to do a refresh on my condo before putting it on the market. The renovation was for new floors, fixtures, appliances, countertops, and a refreshed bathroom and kitchen. They completed the work on schedule, and I was incredibly pleased with the results. In fact, I was a little sad that I didn’t get to benefit from living in the remodeled space. I also hired them (at the same time!) to some upgrades on my newly purchased home. Inevitably, additional items came up that I wanted to add to the original work order. Four change orders later, I can 100% say that I felt taken care of by the team – from sending price quotes to updates on timeline to unexpected challenges with my property – they were dedicated and creative and kept me informed every step of the way. Selling and buying homes can be stressful but working with Happy at Home Contracting made the process that much easier. They care about their team and their clients and the projects they work on and that shows in the end results - I got nothing but compliments.
