Been renting from them for just 5 days and the list of issues is astounding. First, we were handed keys to a unit that was dirty even though we were made to sign a condition checklist - that states the unit had been professionally cleaned - prior to even getting the keys (otherwise, we would not have been given the keys). Well clearly no one had inspected the unit before giving us the keys because there was a nail on the floor, dirt and stains on the carpet, the old disgusting shower liner was still up, urine stains on the toilet, dirty/grease-stained oven and stove range, thumbtack on the stove range, dirt all over the window sills, fireplace mantles, etc., etc. etc. We have a baby and there’s a pandemic so we decided not to stay in a dirty rental and instead had to pay for a night in a hotel. Asked them to clean the unit and to have the carpet professionally cleaned - as stated/guaranteed in the condition checklist we signed off on - and all we got back was “Sorry it wasn’t clean enough for you... it’s not awful..” but eventually agreed to our demands because they “want [us] to feel comfortable in [our] home.” Then we found out that the mailbox key doesn’t fit. I even had to take a picture of me trying to shove the key in to prove that it didn’t work because they didn’t believe me. You would think a rental management agency, hired by a property owner to you know, manage a rental, would first inspect the unit and check that all keys are in working order BEFORE they rent out the unit, but definitely before they hand the keys off. Now we have a (unexpected) package just sitting in a parcel box that is supposed to be our son’s Halloween gift basket for his first Halloween and who knows if we’ll even be able to access it before Halloween! They even had the wrong information on the parking space, what the different set of keys are, and asked me to provide information on the appliances in their rental. Which I get that times are weird because of COVID, but if I have to abide by their rules/requirements because of COVID, they better be as considerate and make sure a rental is clean because of COVID. Further, they clearly don’t give a crap about treating you like a reasonable human being since all of my concerns have been dismissed and I’ve yet to receive even a paltry “I’m sorry for how frustrating this has all been for you” or own up to their mess up (ie not inspecting a unit prior to occupancy or trying out keys prior to giving said keys to new tenant). You just know (based on the other reviews) that if the shoe was on the other foot, they’d be charging an arm and a leg if we had left a place as dirty as what we walked into, and if we had returned non-working keys. So, TLDR: - If you’re a prospective tenant, be aware that you have to do your due diligence and document the crap out of every little thing because they are content to just earn their fee without actually doing any work. - If you’re a prospective owner, know that they are just collecting their fee from you and you won’t get the peace of mind you’re likely hiring them for.

I normally don't write reviews but this was a truly sour experience. The lesson here is please pay attention to negative reviews. They exist for a reason. Rented a house in Seattle through her agency. After moving out, she charged $485 for general move out cleaning for a house that was already clean. I've never had a landlord try to charge for "professional" cleaning on an already clean house. After looking up her reviews, its clear that this is her way of doing business. Tried to reason with her to no avail. Filing a lawsuit against her. Do yourself a favor and avoid her company.
