BUYER PLEASE BEWARE. From our experience, this vet charges more than twice as much as other vets in the area. We are new dog owners and did not know the price of everyday services. Eastlake Veterinary Hospital charged us $791 for routine neuter surgery. We later checked around and learned that neuter surgery in our area goes for $180 to $430. At the same time, Eastlake implanted a microchip in our puppy for $87.50; microchips should cost $45 on average according to my google search. Finally, during neuter surgery, Eastlake asked whether we wanted to remove a loose baby tooth while our dog was asleep; we said yes . . . another $50. The tooth would have fallen out on its own! Afterwards, I left a voicemail for the vet asking why they charged so much. Eastlake's front desk person (not the vet) called me back and simply read me a list of the services performed. That response said to me, "We charge what we charge." Suffice it to say, we feel taken advantage of.

They do good work. We've been going there for years. They've always been. They have good communication, really friendly. They always remember us which I'm always a little surprised by. You know, they must see so many people but I'll walk in and they're like, "oh you're here with Nicky". You don't call and they're like, "oh do you need to make an appointment for Nicky". I'm like, "yes, thank you". Despite the fact, that Ms. Nicky was a little "hell-cat" and tried to kill the vet pretty much every time we went in. Despite her attitude, despite the fact she tried to take his face off every time he was poking and prodding at her, his response was mostly just to be calm and cool and collective and just make sure to dodge real quickly. They did take care of her well. I probably would go back. We've moved so I'm not sure how far it will be.

This is a small practice that clearly prides itself on providing the best care for the animals entrusted to it. All staff are friendly, to animals and to humans. All my questions were answered, and I never felt as if I were being pushed out as quickly as possible for the next appointment. I grew up on the East Coast, and used the same family owned vet practice for almost forty years - and three generations - of vets. Eastlake reminds me of that practice. Also, when I asked if they gave a discount to service animals, they were happy to do sao, even though it was the first time any one had asked. Some vets do, some don't; there's no obligation, but to do it on the basis of one request is awesome.

As always, we were very satisified with the visit, from the initial contact with staff to make the appointment to the followup care suggested as a result of the examination. We are writing this review because our family has been taking our dogs and cats to Dr. Anderson and the clinic veterinarians and staff for about 30 years now. We want to let others know about this terrific provider. We have used this veterinarian for all of our pets' care, including annual exams and vaccinations, dental cleanings, cancer surgeries, specialist referrals, and end of life. Every experience has been top quality and a best value in terms of the clinical care and caring provided to the pets - and the care provided to their people too.

My vet is Tracy Fullman but there are three vets there. I have used two of them. They are both very good. It is a clean facility. I have been with them for almost 20 years. My animals like them a lot. They have not been afraid to go to the vet.

When our nineteen year old came into our lives as a near feral young mama, with four kittens, we were overwhelmed and poor. He took care of all five of them, shots and spaying/neutering. He gave us special rates and invaluable advice. As in taking care of the first cat we took to him, with this cat family, he has seen us through accidents and diseases. His office sent very kind cards and messages when we lost beloved friends. Especially remembered is the kind sympathy they sent in 2007, when our dear 16 year old boy cat succumbed to cancer.

They are great people, and they are very professional. They treat my dog very good, not just like any animal. They also have very good prices. I am very satisfied with the good job they do, and I will totally recommend them. They don't keep me waiting to long to treat my dog.

I always bring my cat to this veterinarian because they always do a good job and they are very professional. They always charge me a very reasonable price. I think they are always concerned for the health and care of my cat.
