The price is no more than any other vet we've used.  I'd give them all "A'".  We would use them again.

I know you say there isn't a rating higher than "A", but I'd give them and "A" plus,plus.plus.  We love the vet there.  I'd give them "A's" across the board.  He's a fantastic vet, my wife's been using him for 20 years.

Our black Lab Lucy passed away late this morning before we could get her in to see Dr. Conger. We took her in to be cremated this afternoon and Dr. Conger met us and gave me a big hug. She knew how much we loved Lucy. She had been treating Lucy for the last 3 years for old age and severe hip dysplasia. Our other dog Chloe will continue to be seen by Dr. Conger due to her excellent doctoring and compassionate heart. Thank you!

They see other kinds of animals besides dogs and cats. We have had continued care for our pets for fifteen years. They are professional and personable. They are compassionate. I am in healthcare, so I do trust their judgement.

I recently had the worst experience of my life at Des Moines Veterinary Hospital with Dr. Onorati. I took my perfectly healthy, vibrant chow puppy there only to have his ears checked and get x-rays. He was not sick or old. I dropped him off in the morning and I was never called to say something went wrong or there was an emergency. I thought I was going to pick him up. They made me wait for hours and when I got there and saw him, my heart sank deeply as he looked comatose. They sedated him and forced him, manhandled him. I was even told that they "SAT ON TOP OF HIM." Never called to say how upset he was or if I still wanted to proceed. No definite explanation was given as to what happened. He never woke up and never went home with us. We are still in shock and cannot comprehend how this could have happened. There was absolutely no communication that anything was wrong. I will never get over this feeling of guilt and betrayal for taking my baby there. BEWARE. This will haunt me forever. He made it safely from Hong Kong to be our boy and to have him be killed by a vet is unfathomable. We have filed a complaint with WA State Board of Veterinary Governors. 

They were very reasonable. The veterinarians were great.

The check ups went went well - one bird was fine and the other needed a minor followup . Dr Onorati explained his initial observations on our birds. The birds don't enjoy the drive to the vet, but it is good to know they are getting a good quality check up.

Their prices are very good and the vet is fantastic. She is one of the kindest and most compassionate vets I have ever been to. She is really good and she is also funny.

He is the only one who I take my birds. His reputation comes highly recommended. They have a small office and I haven't seen him yet. It would be nice to get to meet him. At times, it takes a little while to get to see him but you don't have to wait long.

have been bringing my pets to Dr. Onorati for approximatle 10 years now. He is a very compassionate and knowledgable vet. My only 2 complaints are puncutality and pricing. In the past year or so, I feel that charges are being added to my account that are unnecessary. For example today I brought one of my females in for bloodwork because she is on high doses of anti-inflammatories and for her 3rd laser treament. Firt off, my appointment was at 10 and by 10:25 they still not had come to get her and I had to ask the receptionist when they would be getting my pet. Apparently that helped because they finally got my dog at 10:30. 20 minutes later she was returned to me. When I got the bill I was charged for the blood work and a re exam of her leg which is causing her to limp. Interesting thing is that about a month ago I was told she was limping because of her bad hips and arthritis in her spine. So I bought her, her first series of laser treatments for her back legs. When I brought her in for her treatments then I wasn't charged for a re exam yet this time I was. Also, on two past occassions I was surprised by other hidden charges. Once for an anal exam when I brought my male in for a gland drain. All the other times I have brought my dogs in for a gland drain I have never been charged an exam. And the second occassion I was surprised for extra boarding charges because someone put on my pet's chart medical boarding as opposed to just plain boarding. I fought that charge because I was specifically told how much my boarding cost would be. I really do like Dr. Onorati and the vet techs. However, I don't have the time nor the patience to consisently wait for my pet's appointment to start or to figure out what I may or may not be charged. On average they are at least 20 minutes late for my pet's appointments. Once I had to wait 45 minutes just to pick up my dog. It's too bad they can't figure out how to better run the office because truly Dr. Onorati is a great vet. However, after this final series of treatments for my senior female, I will be finding another vet for my animals.

Dr Onorati is the best. Kind, caring, compassionate and reasonable prices.

I have been going there for the past seventeen years, and I always see Dr. Onorati. He's kind, knowledgeable and friendly, and my cats really like him. Their prices area bit high but they are worth it, I paid $75 for each cat.

THE CLINIC IS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN ASSISTING PATIENTS WITH THE REQUIRED CARE OF THE ANIMALS. THIS IS THE ONLY CLINIC THAT WE HAVE USED FOR 13 YEARS, AS LONG AS WE HAVE HAD OUR CAT.
