Can't say enough about how incredible our experience with Melvin and Mateo was. First they repainted our kitchen cabinets, and they did an outstanding job - clean and flawless. Then we brought them back to paint the exterior of our home plus installing natural wood soffit above our front door with canned ceiling lights and new lamps on the front of the house. They sanded down any rough spots in our existing siding, replaced the siding on our chimney to make it new again, added trim/siding to cover up exposed concrete foundation, added a natural wood accent to our balcony, and did it all for an incredible price. They were always punctual, professional, and flexible with our ever-changing plans. Truly outstanding work - these guys are at the top of their industry for quality, value, and professionalism. Already referred our closest friends to paint their home too, and will continue sending anybody who asks their way.

Melvin, Mateo and team did a wonderful job on my daughter's house. The work was outstanding, the price just as estimated and the job was started/completed on schedule. Next painting job we have at either address, we'll definitely call on Control Quality Painting!

These guys are awesome. From quote, to scheduling, to the job and post job follow-up was top notch. We didn't make it easy on them, adjusted the house color after the first day (our mistake and our cost), added additional services and they worked with us and were totally flexible to ensure that it all happened. Another area I appreciated is that they handled all of the exterior repairs themselves and I didn't have to work with another company to arrange those repairs. Much appreciated.

The team did a good job, Quality was good, price was fair, provided a method for follow up if any issues arise with the workmanship. I will use them again!

Melvin and Matteo do a great job at a great price. They painted the exterior of our small house, finished and ended on time. They even went back (on their own) and redid an area that they were not happy with. I much prefer dealing with individuals who actually perform the work; who both bid and do the job. We will hire them to paint the interior and follow up when it is done. (Melvin's texting can be a challenge; don't be discouraged).

Wonderful job! Melvin and Mateo were the easiest to deal with of anyone I have done construction work or home improvement with in a long while. They beat the price of almost everyone else, definitely every other company who was licensed and bonded. They did quality work, showed up on time, were extremely clean and considerate.
