Great responsiveness. Clean Crawls came out to inspect our crawl space for maintenance and any signs of pests. They gave us a quote on sight and the work was performed shortly thereafter. The work was clean, professional, on time, great value, no hassle. The right work was done well the first time. Based on our experience (and we had 4 bids total) we would have no problem working with this company again.

It was excellent. Francisco and his team arrived at the prescribed time, set up everything to protect the house from any damage and did a great job cleaning up. They were on task all day. A carbon dioxide detector was installed as well. The insulation is up to code now. I was impressed by all the people involved and would recommend this company to others.

Clean Crawls removed and replaced insulation in the original part of our home a decade ago and did a great job back then so when we needed inspection on a newer part of the house they were the first business we called. They were quick to come out. Belinda was thorough, honest, detailed with information, and very personable. After she left I felt more informed, less stressed, and confident. We would not hesitate to call Clean Crawls again if/when we need additional insulation work.

They blocked off a huge part of the house with plastic sheeting and were quite considerate when I had to talk with my wife about an unexpected "extra" that needed to be done to the house before they could continue. They did a fantastic job.

Moved to Everett and one of the things the inspector said was to get new crawls space insulation. What I liked about the Clean Crawls bid process was that the rep crawled under the house (a bit difficult since there is a large rock just inside the entrance) and then emailed me photos of EVERYTHING that was there. This made it easy to understand exactly what they were going to do. The job went in two phases, part one was removal of the old insulation and also to secure the space against rodent or animals. Then, a week or so later, came the new insulation. Again photos to show the work and I crawled under and could see what great job they did. They even rebuilt my entrance 'grate/gate' with nice mesh so it secured the space and looked good. The bill was easy to understand they explained the energy rebate and it was clearly shown on the invoice with no funny math and it was instant just sign the form. The crew was cheerful, professional and left everything neat and tidy. I happily recommend them.

Chris B, our Salesperson was informative about the process and products used, he then provided a great priced quote quickly. When I called to make an appointment, they were professional and personable, and we were able to book the date we had hoped to. When the crew arrived, they took care in prepping the area for the removal of our 1955 insulation. We hadn’t thought much about how “old” our insulation until the “NEW” was installed, and we now are comfortable when temperatures are cold or hot, and knowing that our home is efficient and saving us money. We have highly recommended to our friends and we suggest contacting the great folks at Clean Crawls to anyone who is in need of their services.
