They were on time, on budget and very professional.

Two people showed up an hour after their two hour window and at the end of the day (4:00). I told him what the problem was and he said there was no point in locating the drain pipe as they would likely just put a new drain pipe wherever was easiest and not follow the old path. Might be true. He then used a corded drill based snake to see if he could get it through the pipe. He got maybe 10 feet and said it would go no further. He then proceeded to put the camera based snake through the same clean out and it went about 3 feet before he pulled it out saying it would go no further. There was another clean out to the same drain pipe that had an easier path and I pointed that out to them but they chose not to try They packed up after that and said they would talk to their bid person about coming out to give a bid. There were here for about 30 minutes total. They charged me $275 for the 30 minutes. In the end I knew nothing more than I did before they came. I had no video of my broken pipe, I had no location of the existing pipe and I had no bid. it. In fact I never received a call back from them about coming back to give a bid. Feel like it was a complete waste of money.

Quickly and at the price specified. The technician unclogged the clog quickly and provided a video of my entire sewer out to the curb.

the guy clearly did not know what he was doing and could not find the cause. I saw in Yelp that this company does not hire plumbers. I had to hire a REAL plumbing company (Raymark) and they found the cause.

Professsional service

Minor problem, customer service did not respond to my online three scheduled dates so I called and they fitted me right in. Giovanni arrived at the scheduled time and proceeded with the installation. Finished and cleaned up about 1 1/2 hours and took away the old water heater. I liked they installed an American made water heater: Bradford White. Everything went well.

It was wonderful. They came the day I called and cleared the blocked drain.

Great! The tech was fast, polite, and helpful. Plan to hire them again to replace our water heater!

"Free Estimates" are not actually free if they cost $49.

Bob Oates did a great job repairing my sewer line. I had a very old concrete sewer line that had a low spot, several cracks, and multiple root invasions. The line had been routed and clean several times recently but was continuing to clog. Bob Oates replaced about 30 feet of line that was damaged and re-leveled it to eliminate the low spot. They then lined the remaining concrete pipe and replaced the junction between the four inch and six inch pipe. The person who came out to do the estimate was very professional. He was on time. He knew what he was talking about and was able to offer several options for the repairs I needed. He did not try to up sell me. He provided a detailed written estimate before he left. After comparing this estimate against two others, I decided on Bob Oates. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive but they did seem to have the best combination of price and skill. The job started a week later and went very well. The job took a little more than a week but we had water and sewer the entire time except for one 24 hr period, which they told me would happen before the job even started (the pipe liner needs 24 hrs to cure before it can be exposed to water). The men who did the work were polite, efficient and cleaned up every day. When the job was over my yard looked almost the same as when they started. Even my landscaper remarked that they had done a good job preserving everything and cleaning up. They only yard work that I had to do was to regrow some grass in the tree box where they dug up the junction between the four and six inch pipes. I have only two very small complaints. First, I think the foreman for the job could do a better job keeping customers informed. He always knew what was going on and had clearly been keeping track of the job whenever I called to talk to but he never proactively called me to keep me up to date. Second, the job took a day or two longer than originally projected. This was not a big deal but it meant that I had a yard under construction over the weekend instead of the job being done between Monday and Friday. Overall, I was very happy with Bob Oates and would hire them again for any plumbing needs. They were courteous, skilled, and worked for a reasonable price. It has been almost three months since they finished and I have not had a single issue with the plumbing.

Technician was on time. Very knowledgeable. Finished quickly and stayed for a while to ensure that no there were no leaks behind wall.

The technician cleared the line and showed me the condition of the pipe via the video. He estimated that we would need to have the pipe replaced soon since there was a break in it, but not too urgently. I ended up calling another two plumbers who had the equipment to reline the pipes and in the end we went in that direction.

Fine. A small repair was made to the piping.

Came with one price way above Angies list and then accepted the lower price.

Terrible experience. Took nearly a month to finally get everything done. They left the French drain a sloppy, muddy mess.

Great. "Plumbing Apprentice", Jeovany was "on time"; completed the work within an hour; showed us his "handiwork" that all systems worked; cleaned-up any messes; removed the old toilet, cardboard, etc and was on his way. Jeovany was very profession, pleasant to talk to, explained everything he was going to do and left us feeling good about our new toilet and having him as our plumber. I would hire him again...in a "heart beat". I felt his labor price was fair.

Came on time and finished right away. It was a small plumbing job but he has done larger jobs in the past. I use them in the fall and spring to clean out main drains as well as individual units for small jobs. I would recommend them to anyone.
