I called to get a quote for replacement of my windshield for a Toyota Camry. I asked to bring my car to the shop. They were able to schedule me within a day, although I ended up going for a later date due to my schedule. I dropped off my car on my way to work in the morning, (although I missed their sign the first time driving by) then caught the bus to work. Picked my car up after work, so I'm not positive about it being done by the stated time. The office gentleman was pleasant. I paid my deductible and they filed the insurance claim for me, although I had to remind him that it was going through insurance.

Very annoying process trying to get a quote. I tried calling for an estimate and got their voicemail twice during normal business hours. The voicemail suggests that you schedule online and provides a web address. I followed this suggestion and submitted my info for a quote. The website states that they will have a quote to you in 25 minutes or less. An hour later, still during normal business hours, no quote. I call them and again get picked up by voicemail. I leave a message with my online "quote" number and tell them that the message I received did not actually contain a quote and requested they call me back as soon as possible. No call by end of day. They call me the next morning (7ish AM on my day off) without an apology but finally with a quote. I did not choose them for my work.

I brought my car in at the scheduled time (10:30 am) and around 11:30 I received a call that the job was going to take longer than originally quoted (a 1 hour job is now a 5 or 6 hour job) and the price increased $80.00 because of the difficulty involved with the install. Since I did not have the time to sit around and wait for my car for 5 hours on a work day, I picked up my car and scheduled an appointment with an different auto glass repair shop. I guess it wouldn't have been such a big deal except for the fact that I was expecting a new window in my car in an hour and instead I received a call stating the job was more complicated than expected and the work hadn't been done. I should have been notified within the first 10 or 15 minutes they had the car.

Overall, it went OK, but not great. Using the website, I set up an appointment, then I had to ask for a quote twice (the second time threatening to cancel the appointment if I didn't get the quote.) I also described the car model and windshield type twice, once in the on line appointment system and a second time via e-mail. Even with that, the technician arrived with the wrong windshield. After a phoned apology from All-Star and a reschedule of the service, it went fine. The quality of the job appears good, although we get our first rain test today. The issue seems to be the translation of the request from "on line" or e-mail, to what the technician needs to ensure the correct windshield is brought to the site.

Quick response to my quote request, followed by quick response to my scheduling request. The technician showed up on time (at my work location) and finished the job to my satisfaction.

Once the windshields were replaced, both vehicles windshield squirter's did not work properly due to a torn hose from the reinstall. More than one week later the hoses were replaced, and the squirter's worked. On the 1997 truck the cowling was not installed properly, most of the screws were stripped, and wouldn't tighten the cowling down, so the squirter's wouldn't function properly. After at least three attempts to get someone to come out to the truck and properly install the cowling I've given up, and will most likely just do it myself. On the 1999 Suburban, the windshield had a noticeable squeak every time you went over a bump, but the vehicle regrettably was stolen, so the repair was never done. It was scheduled to be repaired, and the technician never showed for that appointment, and we were never called.

I called All Star Auto Glass. She gave me a quote over the phone and gave me a day when someone would come and install the auto glass. The person did show up and installed the auto glass correctly. For the same service, my Honda dealer wanted seven hundred dollars.

It was easy to schedule the service. They were able to do the repair within four days of the initial call. The serviceman was here at scheduled time, pleasant, professional, and thorough. It took one hour for the repair and required vehicle to sit for an additional hour. They did not bill my insurance as was originally planned so I will need to submit those papers myself. The windshield is functioning beautifully. I was so pleased with the work that I had them back a week later to replace the windshield on my son's vehicle while he was home from college for Thanksgiving.

I made two appointments and never got the job done. The first was in-house, and they did not have the right glass. I rescheduled for a mobile appointment at my home, and they were a no show. When I called the shop I was told that they thought I was bringing my car in. I scheduled another appointment at their shop, and when I called to confirm the day prior I learned that once again they did not have the right glass. I am not at all impressed with this company and it's lack of professionalism and customer service.

Customer service rep was very polite and concerned. Unfortunately, the technician wasn't....couldn't seem to manage his time. Not a good experience.

There was a ding in my windshield and they fixed it so it would not get any bigger.

Very professional work. Called me prior to arriving, and were on time. Installation was completed without issues.

Service was excellent - had to change appointments twice but they hustled to get the new windshield in before the traffic rush for a Seahawks game. In addition, upgraded my windshield to a tinted version for no extra cost.

The job took one hour, and the broken glass was vacuumed up. My insurance faxed the work order to them.

They have prompt service, helpful customer service, and a great price.

ALL STAR AUTO GLASS SHOWED EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE SALESPEOPLE WERE VERY POLITE AND COOPERATIVE. THE SERVICE WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
