It went well. They had a little extra time at the end of the 2 hours and we were able to ask them questions about other possible work we wanted done. Great warnings about a few things, like the electrical panel.

They were punctual, the actual work done was great, they were fast and the fan works really really well.
They were a bit put out and condescending when I showed them the fan I wanted replaced and they realized it was a fan with a light, which is apparently different than what they advertised and more expensive. Not being an expert on fans or lighting I didn't know the difference and was willing to pay more, but they made a snide comment "that's why we ask questions," and became very brusque with me. I did find a fan they could replace upstairs and I am very happy with it, however, I would not have them back.
