Sean is awesome came in the first time to fix our slider which was really hard to open and close so he replaced the track. Couple weeks later came back to replace the rollers but only charged for the parts, that fixed the hard sliding but then it started making a popping noise when you would open and close it. Called Sean and he came out within days of me calling. Took it off the track and worked his magic. Now the slider can be opened with one finger and is whisper quiet. I’m also in the trades and I know how hard it is to go back to the same repair multiple times but Sean is very professional and honest and puts the customer first and totally stands by their 1 year warranty, I’ve heard of other companies that will lie or make excuses to charge for every visit so they can make their “revenue”. For any repairs or upgrades for our doors or windows I will definitely call Sean at Washington Door Service.

Sean, completed the replaced a door with our antique door and exchanged the lock hardware as well as the alarm sensor, He arrived, and completed the work at the committed times. He cleaned up and vacuumed making sure there were not any nails left in the area. I would definitely recommend him

I wish there were 6 stars for extra credit! Our door was kicked in on 10/22. Lloyd responded early 10/23 to make sure property was secure. 10/24 Sean arrived at 8:30AM and stayed the entire day installing a new storm door, new exterior door, and new locks and reinforcements on all doors. We live in a 70 year old house, nothing is level or easy but you wouldn't know that by the workmanship and quality of the finished job. Sean completed the entire job in one day, cleaned up leaving no trace of being here, and left us feeling incredibly safe and secure with our new doors. I would recommend this company hands down to anyone, anywhere, anytime. Completely fantastic from start to finish. Thank you Sean!

Lloyd responded promptly, had an estimate prepared the same day that he came by to look at the existing doors, scheduled the work timely once the doors were available & showed up on time for the repair day. I called Lloyd and arranged for an estimate to remove sliding doors and install new French Doors. I was impressed that Lloyd answered the phone personally and arranged it the day after the door was delivered. Matt and Sean installed the French Doors. They arrived early and worked nonstop to get the job done. They are very professional and did a fabulous job! I can't say enough about how impressed I am with their workmanship. I am thrilled with our new French doors! They cleaned up so well you would never have known anything had been done! I will absolutely call them for any future work. Excellent! Dependable, on time, cleaned everything up after they were done.

Very nice young man, very professional, worked to fix and stabilize the OLD doorknob that was really loose, since it could not be replaced without replacing the door. Installed new deadbolt that is much better than the old one. Thanks so much for a great job!
