They Have Been Out at least a dozzen Times. still not Complete;; Comming Today.9/25 When it reins The water Runs down the side of the House, Gutters Not Correct; Will post Final Results and workman ship later. I expected a Professional Job For My Over $20,000.00 For a 1400 SF. house. Workers ???

We had a really great experience from the start. When the company came out to quote the project, they took as much time as needed to explain the job they planned to do, go over options and decision points, and answer all questions we had. We had a quote before they left the property. The quote itself, although not the cheapest we got, was competitive with the other quotes we received. Once agreed upon, the job was scheduled quickly. The crew was extremely professional. They showed up on time and were respectful of the property and our requests. During the job, it was found some additional repairs were needed due to water ingress from prior roof failures. The additional scope was explained well, handled gracefully and transparently. All repairs were done correctly and professionally and match the aesthetic of the house. After completion, the crew did a great job of cleaning up the job. The end results look very nice and I can remove roof worries from my mind for quite some time. I would certainly hire this company again.

Professional work, Spent considerable time assessing where the leak came from and solved the issue with only the changes needed also provided detailed explanation. This is a re repair done on my roof. Need more time to assess the fix made with respect to weather, will update the review then.

The team at NW Builders and Renovations saved the day. They were extremely communicative and helpful in determining the problems with our roof. Because it was an emergency with bad weather in the near future, they started work immediately, and even on a holiday, to prevent damage to our house. NW Builders & Renovation did my roof last summer. Ben Was very professional. He arrived on time explained the process slowly and answered all the questions we had. We didn t want the little shed in the back to be done but they offered to do it for the same price. We also had couple more estimates and the price was more then fare. We will definitely use them again!

I had a leak in my roof after days of rain. Upon calling Northwest Builders, they were out tarping my roof in the dark within 45 minutes. They gave me a great price for the roof repair, and had it done the day the rain stopped. I will be recommending this business to my neighbors and friends for the efficiency, clarity in explaining the issues and costs, and convenience.

They were initially quick to respond and tarped the leak for a reasonable price. The permanent repair job did not go well and the contractor repeatedly failed to show up. Ultimately I cancelled the work and subsequently found that the work that was recommended was incorrect and they were attempting to charge me $2,000 for a job that should have been $300.
