The pricing issue was resolved. It was very simple. I showed the clerk the online ad I had printed, he contacted the manager, the manager gave me the discount, the clerk then told homedepot.com of the discount, I was then handed the phone and I ordered the product at the Father's Day ad price shown.

Purchased Alure flooring. Looks great..feels great...cost was reasonable.

Was supposed to get Cabinet bid and the day that the person was to arrive, approximately 45 minutes prior to the appointment I received a call that the estimator was not even in our area and had to cancel. I told them I was not interested and then for the next 5 months I was besieged with ROBOCALLS from their Florida headquarters, most of which were hangup calls and some asking for rescheduling. I personally requested to be removed from their call list at least 20 times and threatened them with an FCC violation of harassment. When I contacted the FCC they finally stopped calling. I will NEVER use Home Depot or their services again and I spend in excess of 75000/year in construction materials. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with any company in all my years of doing business.

They are fine. They have more products than any other stores. I like how they refund items I bought using my credit card. The process is very quick it is really nice. I do not have to bring the receipt they just have to swipe my credit card again.
