They had to reschedle twice because the glass they had received was damaged, but I appreciated their call letting me know, professional customer service, and in the end I got a perfect windshield for less than many other bids I'd gotten. Appointment made via insurance company phone link to Safelite. Prompt scheduling as last appointment on a Saturday. Technician conscientiously found the proper window for a 1981 vehicle in time for the appointment. Work started right on time and finished early. Molding around the window had to be reused, and technician did a great job maintaining and preserving the molding. Company did the front windshield dings complimentarily because of the other work being done. Service people very courteous and helpful. Cleanup very thorough considering the small space available for access to the job. Whole experience could not have gone smoother, with van window looking like new.

I had only had the vehicle for 30 days so I was very relieved that they were able to complete the repair and it is not even noticeable now.

It went great. The windshield was still under warranty, and it got hit by a rock and the crack was too big to repair. Safelite came out to my home. They were punctual, fast, and professional. Very convenient, very positive experience with Safelite.

My front windshield had a little ding that was actually filled in the spring. However, it cracked all the way across the windshield on the first freezing night this winter. Called my insurance company and they recommended Safelight. I made an appointment to have two guys come out to the house to replace the windshield at my earliest convenience. The morning of the replacement they called to let me know they would be coming and what time they would arrive. Two fellows arrived on schedule, did the work quickly and also replaced my front windshield wipers which I asked them to do. They were courteous, efficient, and I would definitely use Safelite again.

I booked the service online and used the promo code for Angie's list for a $20 discount. The online estimate was $274 but did not include taxes and disposal fee. The final charge was $312.

I liked the convenience of getting a quote and scheduling the service online and may have paid more because of this. We were able to schedule an appointment for the day we wanted and within a 5 hour window. They sent an email confirmation which included a picture of the technician that they were sending to our home which is a nice feature.

They were on-time and had the windshield replaced in about 30 mins. It looks great and so far, so good!

Hopefully we won't have to use them again but will if we get another chip or crack we will.

All of the people I interacted with, from the first call to the installation of several pieces of glass for my tourerg, were incredibly helpful and courteous. The worked with my insurance to make sure I got the best coverage and they were flexible with where they did the work. I was very impressed and would use them again.

I called to get an estimate and they told me that with my insurance I would still need to pay my deductible. They gave me an estimate and worked it out with my insurance company while I was on the phone with them. After that was all figured out they schedule an appt for the next day. They call an hour ahead to give us an gave us a more firm time line for their arrival.
Two trucks pulled up and he explained what the process was. I signed the papaerwork and went back inside to wait for them to complete the work. He said it was only going to take approx. an hour. After completion I signed paperwork and they were on their way.
I was very please with Safelite. My windshield was fixed and they vacuumed out my car as well. It was a very good experience over all.

Price is covered by insurance so a bit irrelevant.......except that the fix is not as expected so any price is too high. We have had windsheild chips repaired before and found the repairs great. However these small chips (Under the size they indicate as repairable.) did not improve in appearance. There is no easily found language on their paperwork, and certainly none in their advertising, that says the chips may not improve. In fact, all impressions are the opposite.On reading the fine print later it turns out that they have no liability for their repair aside from up-selling you to a new windsheild. No matter who pays the bill, poor performance that does not meet expectations is still poor performance

They did a great job, finished the job early, and held the store open for five minutes after close for me to pick the car up after work.

In the long term it went just fine, although intitially, they did get my appointment time mixed up. The work turned out just fine.

My truck window was broken by a snowball being thrown through it. Safelite replaced the glass. They were recommended by my insurance company and I've used them before. They were, as always, friendly and efficient. As far as I can tell, they do quality work and I've never had a problem with any glass they've replaced.

I submitted a requst for an appointment online. The process was quick and simple. I set up a time for Safelite to come to my home. They showed up on time, my husband (who was the one home at the time) said that the person was friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly. Pricing was inline with other estimates and the whole thing was very easy.

I called about a leaky windshield and was told to come right over. I dropped the van off and then went to lunch. When I came back, I was told that my problem was a clogged sunroof gutter, which they had cleaned and cleared out - at no charge! I had authorized them to install a new windshield if necessary, so they not only fixed my problem for free, but were scrupulously honest. I've used Safelite in the past and will remain a loyal customer.

I was referred to Safelite by my auto insurer. I called their Renton store and arranged an appointment for about an hour later. When I showed up I was told the car would be ready in 45 minutes. I returned in 50 minutes and the work was complete. I was happy with the results. Chip was gone with only a very minute blemish within the glass. The staff, Keisha, was friendly, efficient and professional. From delivery to pick I found this to be a very positive experience, Something that I've found is seldom the case in dealing with anything having to do with auto repairs. Great job!!

They said it was a little unusual as the glass surface wasn't broken which makes the repair a little iffy. He said that it might not work, but probably would. I liked having the facts honestly explained. He explained that it would leave a slight circular ring, but it's not bad at all. They got me in right away and done on time. Cost to me was actually nothing as Geico actually covered it. Oh, their address is wrong on Angies List it's 765 Rainier Ave S. Don't know if they had moved or what. Thanks for a great referral.

I felt like it was affordable, and they came to my house. I really liked that they came to me so; I did not have to go somewhere to wait around. They did a great job.
