Description of Work: Had to be re-ordered several times. Late delivery. No responsiveness

Description of Work: They have been replacing the original windows in my 1926 Craftsman home in various stages. They have made this an easy process and worked well around bitter cold (19 degrees) and rain. I will use them again to redo the last few remaining windows next year. |

Description of Work: Windows will be installed later this year but Renewal was professional and has a quality product - well worth the higher cost.

Description of Work: Replaced all windows, patio doors, added a bow window in living room, over about 5 years in stages.

Description of Work: The windows were fine, the installation was not. The interior trim was left with gaps between the trim and the wall. This happened probably 5 years ago.

Description of Work: Although they cost more than others, the service was definitely worth it. The Renewal team put in a picture window for us. They walked us through the whole process ahead of time, and kept us informed step by step. We were completely satisfied with the work that they did.

Because of shoddy workmanship on the original house, they had not only to replace but they also had to resize the opening and rebuild the frame around one of the windows. The windows still look and work great! They did a great job and in a very timely fashion.

Description of Work: They replaced three of my windows: one bedroom window and two large living room and a family room window. The also installed a sliding glass door with inserts in the window so it had a window pane look. I don't know the term. They were very courteous, punctual and good at what they do. One of the managers came over when were painting the sliding door. He helped us get the door out of the runner so we could paint behind the wood. Description of Work: Replaced old windows with custom new panes and frames.

Description of Work: Coltin Gilles and Dane Marshall performed the installation of my new windows and door. Their attitude was very good. They were friendly and cheerful and a pleasure to have around. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They frequently asked my opinion on actions that they were going to take. This was very much appreciated as I have had contractors in the past who just did what they wanted without asking my opinion. I am very happy with the installation process and the final product.

Description of Work: They provided an estimate for windows. They spent about five hours with us.

Description of Work: The windows look beautiful, a huge upgrade from old aluminum frames. The price was huge, and I will get several bids before doing any other improvements, but they did a great job. 3 days work, a total of 26 windows installed. 3 months after install I notice 4 window moldings that are not lined up properly, called Anderson and Joel immediately responded, they will be out to fix on the 2nd of July.

Description of Work: My outside swing patio doors were out of alignment, they adjusted them so that they were again easy to open/close/lock.
