We had 3 doors replaced, one a very large French door with stationary windows on either side. Weâ ve had 5 crews here over 3 different days and all seemed competent but the crew today that did the finish work on the big door was excellent. Larry A. and Ben H. weâ re here on time, got to work immediately and didnâ t miss any details! We donâ t have a punch list for our project manager as we did with the other crews. Youâ ll be in good hands with them.

Kohl I. and Thomas B. did an excellent job replacing our old windows. They showed up when they said they would, worked steadily, and informed us of any issues getting our input as needed. It was as pleasant an experience as could be expected. We are enjoying our new windows after only a two day installation. We appreciated working with such a professional company that kept us informed on all steps along the way.

The installers Benjamin King and Trevor Baumann were outstanding, they cleaned up beautifully and did and excellent job installing our second sliding door. Ià ¢à  à  m especially impressed by the overall experience with Renewal by Andersen, Everyone was so personable and professional. Again great job guys. I would highly recommend Renewal By Andersen.

David S. and Adam B. are excellent workers even the employees from Eastern WA who started the job. I am happy with our windows and sliding door. Staffs are very professional from start to completion of work. While working on our windows, they make sure to clean up the workspace before leaving. Even explained proper cleaning and care of the windows. Staffs always arrive on time and they are assets to the company. They listen to customers questions and concerns. They are all exceptional - ROCK STAR employees.

From start to finish, everyone in the team was excellent, very professional. I needed to replace 4 aluminum windows that were 33 years old. Bill White did a great job explaining all the details of the product at the initial appointment. Sarah Henderson had great follow up as project manager, keeping me apprised of the installation process and answering any questions. The installation by Tim Nitcher and Johnny Griffin was extremely efficient, professional, with great communication. Not only did they do an excellent job, the cleanup was as if they had never been there. There were both very courteous and comfortable to have in my home. Plus, I could tell they are just good people!

My house is 100 years old this year and I wanted to improve heat efficiency and safety with several new windows that still enhance the look of my colonial home. The Renewal by Anderson team accomplished that with professionalism and yet a calming and friendly experience. My installers Patrick, Dylan and Tyler were fantastic to work with in their expert and respectful way. They kept me informed about what they were doing and asked for my approval at several points during the project. I highly recommend the RBA sales, scheduling, management and installation process!

We have an old house that needed about a dozen wood windows and few doors replaced. We wanted to preserve the old vibe of the house while improving comfort. Anderson enabled us to do that. The guys (Josh Zimmerman, Gerald Vina, and Brandon Evans) that came on-site to do the work were great. We have two small kids and work from home and the team was very accommodating of that. Josh kept me informed of progress, was up front about minor issues that popped up along the way, was on top of all the details, and let me pick his brain along the way. Overall a great team to work with that produces great results in terms of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

One of our casement windows would not close all the way with the crank to allow the locking mechanism to grab the window the last inch or so to lock it in. Called the warranty service and within 24 hours, had an appointment the same week. Anthony Holt was our technician who arrived at 9:15 am, in the 9-11 am arrival window Andersen gave us, to fix our issue. I can't say enough good things about Anthony. He is friendly, courteous, professional and genuinely cares about making the problem go away. He told me exactly what he did and how he did it. Outstanding service all around by Anthony. The Installers: Mark Svenson and Shaden Stoker do great work: Clean, courteous, professional and detail oriented. They clean up after themselves, protect hard wood flooring and leave site cleaner than when they arrived. I would recommend RbA to anyone who wanted the highest quality product from beginning to end.

The installers, David S & Jake M, were top notch! They worked hard, focused on the job at hand and were extremely nice. We had two doors installed, but they found water damage on one of the doors. They could not replace it and sealed the opening with plywood . Reda, the project manager, was able to locate a contractor who could repair the damage and we have requested David & Jake to return to complete the installation. David & Jake were careful in putting on shoe covers and drop cloths to protect our flooring. They removed all the trash and left things clean and uncluttered. As for the door that was installed, we are very pleased with the quality and smoothness of its operation. We highly recommend them!

On August 23 a crew from Renewal by Anderson replaced a deteriorating wood-framed bay window with a slightly larger window manufactured by Anderson. Originally scheduled to take two days, the installation was performed in one (long) day. The crew was proficient in all aspects of the installation (carpentry, metal work, trim) and performed their work efficiently and neatly - even the demolition and removal of the old window. They were also protective of the house and yard. We were impressed with how well they worked as a team. The team consisted of: Antonio Hurtado (lead Installer), Chris Taylor, Jake Mitchell, David Shermet, Javier Bellow and Bobby (sorry, no last name. Our Design Consultant was Jeff Marinacci.

I was so nervous about getting new windows, not sure if they would look like I imagined, and for how expensive they were, I really wanted to love them! Renewal by Andersen was great throughout the whole process, letting me change my mind a couple multiple times after the initial meeting, and presenting me with new ideas. The guys who did the installation, Lincoln L, Dylon K, and Rylan M, went above and beyond! They made sure all the framing that needed replacing looked like the original framing so that everything matched. I am so pleased!
