Thia total bathroom remodel was to take 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. They started the demolishing on June 25th and today is Sept. 27th and it's still not completed. Bill has used every excuse in the book and hasn't answered a text or voicemail in over a week. My husband installed the toilet, finished the painting, and much more. I can't express my anger and disappointment.

I really wish I had great things to say about Bill and his team, but I have very few. It started off good, and then went quickly downhill. They were doing a two-story wood stair remodel. I was told it would be a 3 day project, week at most. It ended up being 3 weeks before completion, and another 3 months for them to come out and â fixâ the mistakes. The communication was abysmal and very difficult. It wasnâ t uncommon to go unanswered for days at a time. Itâ s possible Bill just had the absolute worst luck of all time, but I swear I heard every excuse in the book. Everything from his phone broke, truck broke, sickness, family emergency, inspector meetings, he â didnâ t seeâ my messages over the course of several days, he fired employees, rain, birthdays, snowâ ¦ you name it. Honestly, I think he just bit off more than he can chew and then had a few unfortunate strokes of luck and just couldnâ t turn it around. I would be more pleased if I felt like the work quality was high-end but it just wasnâ t by the end. It was like he rushed to finish and didnâ t care about quality at that point. The wood was not flush on all of my railings, things werenâ t nailed/screwed at all, boards are very obviously not level or not aligned with the nextâ ¦ a bunch of stuff like that. The framing work was done well as best I can tell. It feels solid overall. Heâ s a very nice guyâ ¦ but I would never work with him again.

This was a complex project for Bill Kriner. He had to step into a deck build abandoned by contractor that just walked away and left us with a half finished project that unknown to us was poorly constructed. This consisted of only a framed to be large overhang with a skylight and a 400 square foot deck with to be aluminum railing composite steps. Bill stepped in and added column support for the overhang, roofing, ceiling, and finished the deck with railing lights and electrical. It is truly beautiful. He worked with use and took our wishes to heart. He is as honest as they come. We highly recommend him. Mark Hughs [email protected]

After a small fire we used them to remodel our kitchen and replace all the doors and trim throughout the house. We are very pleased with how the worked turned out.
