"I'm stunned by this review to be honest. We bent over backwards to make Daniel happy. We really tried to appease Daniel during his project and make him happy. The project went 2 days longer than what was anticipated because of some additional prep work that was unforeseen. There was a little clean up to do which happens on occasion. Our project Manager (Tom) was on site each and every day as well. Here is a direct quote from Daniel's email to me about the additional time needed. "I'm working all day so they can take whatever time they need to do the job well. I'm loving they trim so far. It's made a big difference on the house already. Once the main paint color is added, it's REALLY going to transform. Thanks for everything" In the summer, we employ college students so they can earn extra money. One of our painter's sons works for us and is 19 years old. He looks young, but definitely not like a young child, so I'm not really sure why he says there were young children on site. We are also and equal opportunity employer, meaning we have several female painters on our staff."

"This project began as drywall repair for one new window that was installed. I referred this customer to a drywall contractor that I sometimes use on projects that are larger than what a painting contractor can do. When their crew showed up on site it turned out to be double the size of project with two new windows that were installed that needed new drywall. The customer was informed that the original quote was for one window and not two as previously discussed. Not a single person from my company set foot on this job site as I referred it to another company. Unfortunately, our company has received a bad review for work that we never did."
