I have been blessed to have Anna and Sergio clean my home every week for a year now. They are always on time and are great at communicating with you. I have a home with 6 animals that live inside. They always great the fur babies with love and kindness. They do a beautiful job of keeping my house from smelling or looking like we have any animals! They are reasonably priced and honest. One time they accidentally broke my butter holder. Not only did they tell me about but they had already order a new one that was delivered to my home the very next day. I can’t say enough good things about this great company and lovely people! I would gladly recommend them.

It was really extraordinary. They don't just clean it, they polist it. Countertops was brilliant. They come every two weeks.

We have used Sergio for a long time now, more than six months. He is very reasonable with his prices and in my opinion he’s worth a lot more. He and his team have always gone the extra mile to clean our house. We are on well water which has a high iron content which gave our toilet a ugly rust look. After one time cleaning it looked like a new toilet. We would start with a house in need of cleaning and when he was done cleaning you would feel safe to let a baby crawl on the floor. I would give him and his team more than a A for rating, I’d give him a A+. I would definitely suggest that you use him.

Montes Cleaning Service does an excellent job cleaning my 2 story home. We agreed on an every other week schedule. The cleaning is thorough and attentive to details. Wow. Just Wow. Ana came to give me a bid. She described exactly what they would be doing and how much it would be. She did tell me that the initial cleaning would be pricey and it was but boy, did they do a GREAT job. It was a true deep clean. All window tracks were cleaned, all surfaces were dusted and they even dusted an electric fan in my room, including the blade inside! Sergio is the one that schedules and communicates on the phone with customers and he was very prompt and wonderful with his communications. I have a reactive dog and was very worried that he would nip at someone. When Ana met him, she, being a dog person, was not afraid of him and that is of course half of it. Dogs know when people are fearful. They did the job (three of them for 6 hours) with my dog there and managed him so he wouldn't attack the vacuum cleaner. My dog was fine with this and i could not believe it! I will be using them on a regular basis now and we are just loving having such a sparkling home and such great people who do the work for us! The only reason I would hesitate recommending them to others is that others may fill spots that I would want to use them in the future! :)

Anna came out to look at the problem areas and gave me a bid. Sergio and Anna arrived right on time and worked hard all afternoon. It was necessary for them to buy some special equipment, for which they presented me with the receipt. When it was necessary to take some extra time to complete the job, they asked if that was okay. I was very happy with our communication. They did an excellent job!

Sergio is wonderful to work with. He is professional, friendly, flexible and communicative and I would highly recommend he and his team to anyone looking for cleaning services. We appreciated Sergio coming to the house before our initial clean to meet us and our dog and walk through the house to understand our needs. This helped to ensure we were fully aligned from an expectations standpoint, and provided him opportunity to give us a quote estimate for cleaning. He explained they provide estimates for the first 3 cleans then land on an ongoing price. I have worked with several other companies and this is a unique approach that I really like because the focus is on understanding what's needed to be successful for us long term. Other larger cleaning companies have provided cost before seeing the house, which can lead to problems if they under-estimate what's needed (which leads to cleanings that are rushed and incomplete). So this was really great. He and Ana were an absolute pleasure to meet and they were so sweet and good with our dog. The cleaning team did an amazing job. They brought a positive attitude and were efficient and thorough. Our house sparkled like it never has! We look forward to our ongoing bi-weekly cleans. Definitely give these guys a try! They are the best!

Sergio, Anna and Alejandra undertook an incredibly task -- preparing our house (which had never received a deepclean before, to my knowledge) for my wife's birthday party. It was perfection. They got so much dirt and dust off the walls that the acoustics inside my house have changed. Let that sink in. They were fast, incredibly thorough, and so easygoing. It was fantastic. Also, SOMEONE on the team has a great eye for arranging knick-knacks. They would, of course, rearrange small items as they were dusting, but the way they replaced them on the shelves consistently looked better than how I did it. I should hire these folks just to make my bookshelves look nicer. I can't recommend 'em enough, it was worth every penny!

Wow .... I am astonished at how clean my house is. It sparkles! Sergio and his crew did an amazing job cleaning my somewhat neglected interior. It could not have gone any better. They washed windows, cleaned out shelves, dusted, cleaned window sills, light fixtures ... the whole works.

We were moving from a home that we were renting, and we wanted it to be nice and clean for the owner after we were gone. Sergio, Ana, and two other helpers did a fantastic job. They worked longer than expected and everything was sparkling clean when they were done. They might not be the least expensive but it was worth it and I would recommend them to anyone.
