Coming from many different backgrounds, the small but innovative team of management came together to form a moving company with nothing but the clients needs in mind. This company has proved to be not only backed by knowledge and experience, but heart as well. On the Go Moving strives to be as efficient as possible without compromising the quality service that you deserve and expect. The key to any move is good planning. Our trained professional movers are more than capable of performing all the packing and moving of your belongings. Basic Moving Plan at $170 per hour – Includes two movers and one truck. Three Man Moving Plan at $245 per hour – Includes three movers and one truck. Four Man Moving Plan at $285 per hour – Includes four movers and a truck. All of these services are priced according to the number of movers. Each additional mover adds another $55 dollars per hour to the overall charge and each is based on the use of one truck. On The Go handled a short move of a studio apartment to a condo unit for me in June. I had 2 movers and one truck, with a ~10 minute drive between places. The movers were pleasant to work with and got to work quickly. I did all the boxing myself, so I only needed furniture, larger objects, and boxes moved. The move went smoothly until the end of the experience. I had asked that they re-mount my HDTV on the entertainment center, which they were happy to do. However, once I looked at the TV in place, I noticed a huge damage spot where the screen had been smashed. This was not mentioned to me by the movers, and I had to bring it up to them as I was about to sign the final paperwork. When I asked about it, they admitted that they noticed it took a hit when it was packed into a 'speed-pack' box and rolled down the ramp. I was very disappointed that this wasn't disclosed to me as part of the wrap up - it felt like they were trying to hide this issue from me. I recall seeing how the TV was packed into the box by them, and it was placed in vertically, wrapped in a moving blanket, which didn't seem very secure. The mover did take a photo of the damage with a note that it would be passed along to the main office, but I had to take the step of reaching out myself a few days later to get a claim started. The main office was quick in processing my claim, and offered me slightly more than what the base insurance (weight based) would have covered, which was appreciated. Overall I had a fairly positive experience, but I'm still out $600+ on a new TV, so I'd recommend if you do use these services, consider moving the more expensive electronics yourself if possible.

It went great. Normally the moving company under covid rules would have had to do this in 2 days because of the distance but I was able to work it out where the moving was streamlined and quick and was able to do it in one day. I've used them twice now and had a good experience both times.

These guys were excellent!!! We were planning a move from Bellevue to Bellingham and from the first contact and planning on the phone with Theo, to the execution with Jackson and his team, I cannot say enough kind words about them. They were efficient and polite, helpful and just really, REALLY good at their job. They treated my belongings like they were theirs, nothing soiled and not one broken item!!! NOT ONE!!!! I have never moved and not had one broken item! They moved quickly so as not to milk the clock on the hourly cost, but were careful every step of the way. I highly recommend this company! THEY WERE AMAZING! They made my move pleasant in a time when moving could have been very stressful. They were Covid safe and customer service oriented! If you need to move you really should pick these guys! They were great!.

Moving, Professional Moving Service Piano
The worst moving experience of my life! On the Go put a MASSIVE GASH in the wall of my brand new home, damaged a $10K table, and took no absolutely no responsibility. I hired On the Go to move a few large items that I wouldn't be able to handle myself, namely a heavy wood table and an upright piano. When I booked the appointment, On the Go assured me that they had experience moving pianos and I agreed to a $125 moving fee. On the day of the move, I knew something was wrong as soon as the crew got to work. It took 3 men 30 minute minutes to move the piano 10 feet. At that point, the foreman informed me that, in fact, the crew that he had chosen for the move had no experience moving pianos (clearly they were trying to cut corners in order to maximize their upside). The foreman told me they were going to bring a new crew and offered to comp me for what he promised would be a 30-minute transition. In fact, it took about an hour for the new crew to arrive. From what I could see, the new crew was just as much of a disaster as the first. The didn't measure the piano before they moved it, so a job that had taken A1 Piano Movers 15 minutes took them 90 minutes. As they dragged the piano out of the apartment, they damaged a tile in our old apartment, which our old landlords are charging us 100 dollars to replace. Here's the kicker: When they brought the piano into the living room, they lost control of it and allowed it to fall creating a MASSIVE GASH in our brand new wall. They did a horrendous job of patching it up and offered to match the paint and repair it. They never followed through on that. At that point, I realized that they had put about a dozen scratches in our 10K dollar dining room table because they had neglected to wrap it before they set it down in their moving van. For this, they handed me a bill of $850. I called the company and told them that I wouldn't pay this bill until I could speak with the owner. I couldn't imagine that anyone would ask to be paid for such poor service. I was wrong. A week later after hearing nothing from the owner, I received a call from a collection agency. Thanks to On The GO, I have a damaged table, a hole in my wall, a bill for 100 dollars from my old management company, and a bill for $850.

Kevin, Jake, and Hollywood did a fantastic job. They moved fast, even running a lot of the time throughout the mover, right to the end, which undoubtedly saved us money, while getting a quality service; the move took five hours, so we were amazed that their energy never lagged. They were respectful, wearing masks and physically distancing. They were very organized. Kevin surveyed all of the rooms to decide how to approach the move. He asked questions. They carefully moved our expensive treadmill with electronics. All of the furniture was wrapped in heavy-duty saran wrap, They were careful in moving item so that nothing was damaged, not the contents being moved nor the walls, floors, and doors through which items were moved. They arranged everything so that our Christmas things were the last things placed in the truck, and at the storage unit, they were set aside so that they would be placed closest to the door in the storage unit, for easy access for Christmas decorating. They provided heavy-duty, top-quality, new-looking furniture pads, not only during moving, but to use in our storage unit until we have them move everything back into our home. We appreciated the fact that we did not have physical contact when we were arranging to have them move our items. Communication on the phone and through email was thorough. I was initially apprehensive about making all of the arrangements without contact in person, especially because I knew only what I had learned through Angie's List about the company, which had an A record. I read every review. They certainly performed at the level that I had expected, based on the reviews. I was grateful that everything followed COVID-19 safe practices, especially because my husband and I each have an autoimmune disease and underlying conditions. Everything was handled professionally, from pre-move, to during the entire move. We will hire them to move our items back to our home in a few months.

If you ever need a mover use On The Go Movers!! We had 4 movers, Jackson, Gabe, Mike and Sem. They where on time, walked through and then never stopped packing the truck. These young men where professional, funny and worked so hard. Even moving a large safe. They where efficient and nothing was broken! Thank you On The Go Moving for sending such an amazing crew. On The Go did a great job in helping us move to a new house. The movers were friendly, on time, worked extremely hard, were very careful with our furniture and belongings, and willing to perform whatever was needed. Not only did they move everything from our old house but were also able to unpack two PODS at our new house. All in all it was a great experience and we recommend their services.

Phenomenal. My mother sold her home to some eager buyers and didn’t have much time to clean, organize, pack, and move her belongings. She was scheduled to close on her house on a Monday and had intended for movers from a DIFFERENT company to move her stuff on a Saturday at 8:00 am so she could spend Sunday cleaning. Well… those movers didn’t show and it was now noon leaving her only 36 hours to clear out her house. In a frantic state we started calling around and by some miracle found On The Go Moving. I spoke with Jason, the owner, and explained my situation and how this move was an emergency. He listened empathically and asked what needed to be move. After explaining the items, he asked an unexpected question, “Is there any trash that needs to go to the dump or any items you’d like to donate to Goodwill? We can take of that as well”. When I exclaimed a big “Yes!!!” he responded by saying “I’ll send in the Calvary and clear out the place”. 30 minutes after I talked to him his driver called and informed me he was leaving the facility and would call again when he was near to arrange parking for the moving truck. The call came in and I went outside to direct him the first things I noticed was how clean the truck was and the smiles on the movers faces. I orientated them with the house and informed them my mother had a big collection of large paintings which needed to be packed with delicate care. Gilbert (crew leader, I think) took on this responsibility personally and made sure each and every painting was cared for equally. The other 2 employees, Henry and Dave B., worked systematically throughout the house confirming which items were going to the dump and which were being donated to Goodwill. They loaded the truck with care regardless of the items destination and ensured there wouldn’t be any mix up during travel by partitioning the items respectively. Once the truck was loaded I met them at Public Storage and showed them the unit my mom had rented. At first glance the unit appeared to be too small but Gilbert assured me he would make it work, and that nothing would be damaged saying something like “not on my watch”. His confidence was genuine and his assurance was reliable. The unit was loaded, looked great, looked organized and looked stable. In the end On The Go Moving saved the day with there professionalism, promptness and over the top service. Thank you Jason, Gilbert, Henry and Dave B.

I like to support local businesses, so I planned to work with these guys on that fact alone. My initial call/quote with them went fine, however, when I called back to book about a month later my experience was quite different. The first two calls with the answering service were poor reception and I was hung up on both times. The third call I was able to reach them directly thankfully. When I validated the cost, they informed me the pricing went up. I provided them the pricing they originally quoted me (and that is still up on Angie's list to this day) and they told me they would not honor it and the pricing would be changed on the website within the next 20 minutes. When discussing start time, they were less than flexible and I had to choose either an 8am or 9am start time. Lastly, they took my contact information to resend the quote/details discussed and 24 hours later I still have not heard back. I am thoroughly disappointed in the overall experience to say the least. Most reviews differ, so hopefully I am an anomaly. That said, I'll take my business elsewhere this time.

Scot is the contact person, always quick and response for accurate quote and time slot arrangement. Josh and Tyler also came to the moving day and they three made the day very smooth. I am also very appreciated they have a good experience on moving my upright piano to the second floor without damage any stair and floor, not to mention the piano itself. The entire team was excellent from start to finish. They were able to schedule my move when I needed it, showed up on time and worked very efficiently. Another tenant was moving out exactly when I was moving in and we were sharing 1 elevator for both moves. Lonnie and Dan coordinated with the other team so that neither party ever had "down" time. I was impressed with both how hard they worked and how careful they were with my things. Highly recommend this company and Lonnie and Dan.

Believe it or not, the actual move was the least stressful part of our real estate transaction, because of On The Go Moving. They were professional, friendly, and made last minute changes to our timeline with no problem or hassle at all. Their bid was the lowest, and their service is top notch. We had a last minute delay in closing that meant one more night in a hotel, and one more night of storage for our furniture. No problem. The total bill was $1900, including three nights of storage, which was less than a straight house-to-house quote we got. Two thumbs up!

Second time I've used On the Go and they are great! The crew showed up on time and worked quickly and still took great care of my things. Everything was wrapped/padded as I requested. They were great at adjusting the furniture placement to my liking and they even helped me get felt protection on the heavy items before placing them on the hardwoods. The quoting process was a little complex - i think it's best to email them. But otherwise, very happy with the move and I'd recommend using them again!
