Michael's Auto Repair

They did a great job of reproducing a car stalling issue, diagnosing the problem, and suggesting solutions.  The car is old but they spent the time to figure out the issue.  They clearly communicated the repair options and costs for those options.

Service at Michael's was excellent. They were very professional and really felt like they had my best interest in mind. The problem with my vehicle could have been 'fixed' in a cheap way with questionable longevity. Michael made my options very clear and didn't put any pressure on me going a certain way. Communication through out was very good. Some investigation was required. The shop kept me in the loop and stuck to their time-frames.
Though I don't have enough reference to say with confidence how their pricing compares, the work was excellent and I felt like I got a fair deal. I would certainly recommend and go back to Michael's for future services.
A few weeks after the service I received a hand-written Thank You letter from them. I thought that was a really nice touch.

He is really trustworthy. I have referred a lot of friends to him.

We have been using him forever and when we first sort of used him we have an older van and we took over to the dealer and the dealer gave us like a $10,000 page list of stuff that they thought that needed to be done and we took it to Mike and he look at it and says this does not need to be done, this can do later. Why are they wanting you to do this and we really should do this but why are they doing that. At price wise I am not sure how competitive he is but he is pretty honest. When you're dealing with a female on car and you don't know anything about it other than the fact that it's broken and not starting it's like somebody can tell this need to be done. I can do this and I can save you a little money here and if you don't do the Mitsubishi part we can do none manufacture part and save a couple of box. The last time we saw him probably a month ago for brakes service. I would think so the price is reasonable. He was cheaper than the dealer so that makes the difference. I would give Mike an "A". I wouldn't continue going back to him if I didn't think he was good.

Great service, wonderful people, very nice waiting room. Way nicer than any other garaged. I had the feeling that this garage is honest and will be having them service my car in the future.

He gives fantastic service every time. He is great about letting you know if you work is not necessary or will make the repair at the best price.
