"This matter was taken to the office of the Attorneys General by the customers and was dismissed.It was also taken up with the American Express Card company, they as well dismissed the customers claim. We still have on hand all the parts that were replaced, Including the master cylinder that was replaced at another repair shop. We were never afforded the opportunity to have the vehicle overnight to diagnosis the fluid leak. What we found was brake pads that we at below minimum thickness causing a low fluid condition.
