Services provided by JunkPros was on time and completed as laid out in renting the dumpster and then having the filled dumpster picked up and hauled away. Renting a dumpster for reroofing was a good decision with JunkPros.

I rented dumpsters twice with Junk Pros and both times had a great customer service experience. Junk Pros has an easy to use online appointment scheduling system, which is my preferred method of scheduling. The best part of the dumpster service was the price; it was far less than scheduling a trash removal truck. They were also punctual and easy to reach by phone when I had a question.

Quick and efficient service

Super easy to set up delivery and most affordable we found. Driver arrived at 6 am on the day requested, sent a text message to say he was on the way, and picked up the scheduled day. Really appreciated the convenience.

Drivers were great and friendly. Dropped off the dumpster on my inclined driveway but left room to get my car in and out of garage. Careful to place dumpster on wood to not damage pavement. Dumpster not like pictures on website and not white squeaky clean. Inside was stained with dried paint and other liquids and rust. Just saying. Service was easy to schedule and they showed up on time for drop-off and pickup. One reason I selected them is because they will take electronics and old TV unlike others. I think I got a fair price, but be careful on the weight. I didn't think the final weight was going to be 1.6 tons (3,200 lbs). The quote was for 1.0 tons (2,000 lbs) so my final price went up by around $250. No way to validate the overage. The dumpster was about 75% fill, nothing special except a big desk, lots of debris from remodeling and a dozen interior doors. I think they should snap a picture of the scale with the weight. Overall, pretty good, but watch the weight.

I called Junk Pros as they are a local business and were actually cheaper then a couple other junk hauling services. But what was more impressive was their service. From the first call to schedule, to meeting the driver, and speaking with the dispatcher. Those three employees are the reason I tell everyone to use Junk Pros and why I will use them again.

They were great to deal with. Got same day delivery which was a plus for me. I also needed the dumpster for a few extra days and they were great on the phone to deal with. Dropped off and picked up on time with texts to let me know they were coming. Could t be happier and would definitely use them again on my next project!

We had a really hard time finding demo contractors to do a small job for us- tearing down and hauling away a backyard shed, luckily we found these folks. Great communication and customer service. They did the job for significantly less than the other bid that we got. Easy scheduling, great communication and great customer service.
