We couldn't be happier with the finished project. From start to finish, CertaPro was  professional, responsive and communicative. The estimate we received was extremely detailed, and left no question as to whether our concerns had been heard (they had).  Jessica (the owner) was very straightforward and honest when it came to answering our questions and gave us a no pressure sales pitch. We really felt comfortable turning this project over to her and her crew because of how detailed her proposal was, we knew that every tiny detail had been thought out and communicated with us. The process of picking the color was really easy- she actually was willing to ask the owner of our inspiration house what their color was, but since they weren't home she spent the time to compare the color to swatches and give us her recommendation on what to go with to match. We ended up doing a custom color and she made sure that we ended up with the exact color that I had picked.
Her crew was extremely professional. They were prompt, very easy to communicate with, respectful and hard workers. You can tell that Jessica takes employment very seriously and hires people she knows will represent her well.
We ended up having some coverage issues after the paint all dried, some thin spots and some shadows under the siding edges. When I mentioned this to Jessica, she was extremely prompt at taking care of it and had her crew out immediately to respray and ensure that the end result was picture perfect. She personally did a final walk through with us and went over basically every square inch of the exterior with us to make sure that everything was perfect before they left. (Apparently our color has a lot of yellow in it, which is famous for needing extra coats for great coverage).
I really appreciated her eye for the details and how easy she made it to communicate with her about the few things at the end that needed some more attention. I would hire her again in a heart beat because she made this experience easy and stress free. I know that coming back for an entire day to respray and perfect everything was a big added expense for her, but you wouldn't have known it from how she treated us in our walk through. She really goes the extra mile to ensure that her customers are happy and pleased with the finished product, and as a result she makes the process easy as well. 
I should also note that her employees had great attitudes about coming back for another day of work as well. No complaints, cheerful demeanors and the same great work ethic.

We have a large house with a good deal of trim, including arbors covered in vines, so it was an expensive job, but it turned out beautifully. I've painted a fair number of houses in my time and I'm pretty handy with a brush and an airless spray rig so I've never needed to hire a pro. This time I just didn't have the time (or the desire) to do it myself, but my standards are high and I told them that up front. Certapro lived up to their promise of providing top quality work. Surface preparation was good and at the end of the job, paint was applied evenly and consistently every where it should be and none where it shouldn't. The crew was a marvel. Courteous and very hard working. Each night the yard was left spotless. Management was prompt and professional and never any hassles. The bid also included the services of a professional color consultant who helped us picked out the colors that would show off our house to the best effect. We are very pleased with the result.

The crew was great.  They were prompt arriving in the morning.  They were very diligent about getting the job done and to my liking.

Jessica has been extremely professional from the first time we spoke. She was upfront with her expectations and understanding our expectations. She has done everything in her power to meet those expectations, including being very responsive when we had some paint bubble on some railing tops (very common, I'm told). 
I appreciate that Jessica handles the business side of the job and hires good painters to do the painting. She doesn't micromanage but rather trusts the crew to come through with an excellent product. 
The paint crew was professional, friendly, and hardworking. They communicated with us about their arrival and departure times, and they worked long hours to finish the job with as short of inconvenience to us as possible. I was given many opportunities to point out any flaws that I saw, and the crew stayed until they were all perfect. I was really impressed at how they didn't rush and said they'd happily stay until everything was just right. 
The finished results, both inside and out, are exceptional. Lines are straight. Coats are even and thorough. 
I'd recommend them and have already started discussions about hiring them for our next project.

Certa Pro Painters were excellent.  The salesperson, Jason, was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on the best way to go about painting our home.  We got 3 bids and Certa were the middle bid but we wanted to use them because we thought they would do the best job.  Their pressure washing and paint crews were both punctual, professional, hard working and friendly.  They got the job done much sooner and more quickly than we were expecting, and the house looks great.  There was a minor issue after the work was done and the owner, Jessica, bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of.  We would definitely use this company in the future and highly recommend them.

It went great! CertraPro in Redmond is very well organized and managed. The estimator came out and was very responsive to our questions and suggestions. We then got a complimentary color consultation ($50 reimbursed at end of job) from Anya Moller. She was very helpful in guiding and reassuring us that our color choices would work well. After the house was completely pressure-washed, CertraPro waited while the scheduling with gutter contractors was worked out. After the new gutters were installed, CertraPro came back right away and transformed the house in three days. The first day was prep work -- caulking, etc. We did have a minor issue regarding time-and-material carpentry work we were told by the estimator that we could include. It was found that one window needed to be replaced; of course, that would have to be done by a window contractor. The issue was about another area that needed minor woodwork but once we asked about it, CertraPro resolved it to our satisfaction. All during the painting process, the workers were professional, neat, and friendly. Everyone answered questions and engaged with us in the spirit of customer service and getting the job done right. I would highly recommend CertraPro in Redmond (CertaPro's are franchises, I believe, so I can only vouch for the teams managed by Jessica Belman).

I was really surprised how quickly this job came together. From the date I called CertaPro Painters - Eastside until the job was done was just a bit over 3 weeks (our dryer than normal summer had them on schedule so they could squeeze me in before the rains started). Jason Guttenberg accommodated my request for an early morning appointment to stop by my home and I had a quote in hand before he left. After that, Jessica Belman, the owner, was quick to respond either via email or phone regarding any questions I had. Once I accepted the bid, the work started a week later and was done in 3 days. Because the weather was cooperating, they even worked over the holiday weekend to get it done. I was a bit concerned since the painters are not employees of CertaPro, but impendent contractors, but that turned out to be unwanted. The team?a father and his sons?did a great job and took care of everything I asked them to do but there wasn?t much they missed. They did a great job cleaning up and carted away all the materials they had used to mask the windows, etc. It?s hard to make an old house look new, but these CertaPro painters came really close. Great Job!

They were great to work with. Jessica Belman was our point of contact, and she gave us a detailed quote, answered our questions relative to the quote, very quickly and thoroughly, and scheduled our job quickly. The crew power washed on schedule and did a good job...the house was pretty dirty by the time we had this work done. The painting started the next day. They worked steadily for about four days until it was complete. They ran into a couple of minor things along the way (the house hadn't been painted since it was built in 1994). They communicated the minor issues to us, we dealt with them, and there were no delays. They paid attention to detail, and the end result is beautiful. Our house is transformed.

Overall, we are very pleased with the paint job.  The crew spent a significant amount of time prepping the exterior prior to painting.  They pressure washed and cleaned the entire house and trim, decks, porches and exterior ceilings. The pine ceilings were water stained and molded, but the CertaPro crew treated the pine with a cleaner and spent hours sanding and prepping the ceilings prior to applying the clear stain.  The ceilings look brand new. 

Again, overall we are very pleased and will use them again as painting needs arise, and highly recommend them to others.  A job well done!

Prompt, courteous, and professional pretty much sums up my opinion of Certapro Painters of Eastside. Jason responded to my call within the hour by phone and then with a follow-up email that explained the bid process. He came out the next day to give me a bid. We walked around the house discussing what needed to be done and then he wrote up the bid right there and then. I thought it was a very competitive bid at the time, and that was before I experienced how great Certapro is!
Jason said that Jessica would be taking over the project and that I would next hear from her via email within a few days. Like clockwork, Jessica sent me a very friendly and informative email introducing herself and going into more detail about what would be happening. At every stage of the process she would send these emails that pretty much answered all the questions we had before we had to ask. (Believe me, read these emails because they answer everything!)
Our deck was in bad shape (we are replacing it because it is in such disrepair) and Jessica was very helpful in working with our deck company to schedule painting around their timeline for repair and then ultimate replacement. She made it so easy because she coordinated everything and we were always kept in the loop.
The painting crew were excellent. They were efficient, careful, clean, respectful and fast. They worked long hours and they worked hard. My neighbors tell me how impressed they were with them. Jessica came by on both days and was very accommodating about adding some things to the project that I forgot (retaining wall and brick on the house and chimney that had never been painted). She even spotted some wood on a front step that we forgot about and had our trim color matched to a special paint for high foot traffic areas.
Prior to painting, my house looked very weathered and worn. I was quite embarrassed of it, actually. And now, I love it and I get compliments from neighbors every time someone drives by.
Certapro Painters of Eastside is a wonderful company. They do great work with the utmost professionalism and skill.

The painters were here on time and ready to go.  they were very careful with plantings around the house.  They painted the inside of my greenhouse removed plants, benches and other articles.  They painted and then replaced every plant, bench and article .  I was impressed with this and their professionalism.  English was not their first language and if they did not understand what I was saying they referred me to someone who did.  I would recommend them for outside painting..  My house looks great!

From our initial consultation with Jason we were impressed.  We knew it was going to be a very professional job.  This company costs more than the others ones we consulted with, but for the quality of the job we received it was worth it.  Communication was excellent.  Jessica emailed us an update every day of how the painting was progressing.  We were never in the dark about when they were starting the job, how it was proceeding, when it was expected to end.  The painting team was very professional.  Did not leave a messy workspace around the house each day.  No loud music, cigarette smoking, loud talking.  Very respectful of our home and our neighborhood.  The icing on the cake was when they took it upon themselves to cover our car with a plastic cover just in case any of the paint got near it.  The finished product was beautiful.  We highly recommend CertaPro!

I contacted CertaPro Painters of Eastside in late June for an estimate to paint the deck and exterior of a rental home. Their sales associate, Jason, met me at the home and thoroughly explained the painting process (from free color consultation, to power washing and painting). He also discussed options that would reduce the price and gave me a written estimate that afternoon. The house had to be painted before my tenants' houseguests arrived in early August and Jason assured me that CertaPro could complete the project --weather permitting -- if I submitted my color choices by mid-July.
Their professional color consultant, Anya, discussed paint color ideas with me by e-mail and brought large color swatches (instead of small paint chips) to the consultation so I could decide what combinations looked best. She explained how the colors would appear in shade, direct sun, and in different seasons. Her color choices were excellent and I was very confident that they would look great on our house.
Jessica, owner of CertaPro Painters of Eastside, scheduled the work and kept my tenants and me informed of each step during the painting process. She provided excellent advice and answered our questions promptly. Her crew noticed a large area of siding that was missing from the second floor and could not be seen from the ground. They replaced the underlying plywood and siding for a very reasonable price. I did not have to delay the project by finding someone else to fix the siding before it was painted.
Our project was completed yesterday, one week earlier than expected. We appreciate the hard work and dedication of everyone involved. The house and deck look great! 
     
 

Jessica Belman and her staff did an outstanding job, beginning with a comprehensive project review and bid by Jason Guttenberg and meticulous painting by Juan Diaz and his crew.  The painting crew put in up to 13-hour days to take advantage
of a break in weather and the results are perfect.  I confess to not expecting any painting company to satisfy my project expectations, but Eastside CertaPro did.  They performed extensive preparation work providing for a "clean" painting of the siding, trim and accent areas, with no visible overspray or misses.  These folks worked darn hard, every day and in 90-degree
weather.  They definitely know what they're doing and did it.  They commit to delivering a great painting result and did.  I am over the moon on July 4th with my beautifully refreshed house exterior.   

They were very professional and polite. Good work and clean up.

Service was professional and detail oriented. Jessica was pleasant to work with and she made sure any of my concerns were addressed throughout the entire process. Definitely a great company to work with. I would consider using them again in the future.

We had contracted with Certa Pro last Fall to paint the exterior of our house.  They did such an outstanding job and were so professional to work with that when I decided to have some interior painting done, I called them without hesitation.  Jason responded to my call and came out within 48 hours.  He provided the bid estimate that day.  I had already done some painting myself and wanted to use the same colors, but it was a different brand of paint than that used by Certa Pro. My experience with Certa Pro is that they maintain excellent communication with their customers, are prompt and very professional.  From the time I signed the contract, Jason stayed in touch regarding scheduling the job, told me exactly where to go and the process to get the paint color matched.  It went without a hitch. He also gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do to prepare for the work as well as what their crew would do.  The job was scheduled to begin at 8:30 AM.  The crew pulled up to my house at 8:17 AM.  The owner, Jessica, came up as well to survey the job and make sure everything was in place and ready to go.  As we experienced last Fall, the crew operates with almost military precision--each member knows exactly what he/she is supposed to do, in exactly what order.  They had everything moved, taped and draped in less than an hour. The job was done by 6:00 PM.  They replaced all the furniture and left everything immaculate.  The paint job looks fabulous!   Love these guys, and if I had a business to run, I'd want Jessica to run it.  For certain, I'll be contacting them again later this summer for some additional work I need done.

Certa Pro Painters did a fabulous job!  The painters were always on time and worked very hard the whole time they were here.  Thay had a lot of work to do and finished it in four and a half days. The men were very pleasant and Jessica was very easy to work with.  You would never be able to tell there was water damage after they were done.  The walls and ceilings look beautiful!   

Very responsive to request for proposal. Owner interveiwed us and prepared proposal. Very good questions, listened to what we wanted and were concerned about. Reflected our wishes and discussion very accuarately in proposal document. Expectations were well established a part of the proposal process, with result being the job went as we expected, with no surprises. We were kept informed about timing of start date as it got closer, and work began when promised. Job started/completed within one week. Workmen very diligent, careful about plants/cleanup, and did a very good job. We are very satisfed with the work done, and the price was very competative with other proposals we received.

Jessica did a professional job with giving us a competitive bid.  Her crew was very efficient and quickly got the job done.  I would recommend them.

Jessica was very professional and thorough. She came to our home prepared with all the paperwork and infi we needed to make an informed decision. Her crew was out when they said they would and did a good job. We would definitely use this vendor again.

I contacted a total of four vendors to request a bid to pressure wash and paint the exterior of our 2000 SF home.  Three responded. Terry from Certa Pro contacted us within 24 hours to schedule a meeting to view the job and met with us two days later.  I found him to be very knowledgeable and very professional.  He described what the job would entail and pointed out some areas that might be problematic and require prep work before paint could be applied--specifically he was concerned that a board behind the gutters on the back of the house might have some wood rot and need to be replaced.  However, he indicated that if that were the case and the work couldn't be completed before they painted, they would come out and paint it at a later date.  As it turned out when they got up on the ladder to pressure wash, there was no damage.   Certa Pro submitted their bid later that day and it was the most competitive--and complete--of the three we received.  It specified the brand and type of paint by each type of surface area i.e. soffits, siding, doors, frames, gutters, etc., the number of coats, how it would be applied.  It also specified the pressure washing process and steps the crew would take to address any issues of mold/mildew as well as guaranteeing no impact to surrounding landscaping. It was extremely detailed and complete. We accepted their bid and returned the contract on Monday, August 27.  Shortly thereafter, the owner, Jessica Belman, and Terry met with us to select colors for the house, trim and front door.  They were exceedingly helpful in guiding us through possible color combinations and we were very happy with our choices.  Pressure washing was scheduled for Wednesday, September 12 and painting began on Friday.  The Certa-Pro crews were, again, very competent, organized, efficient , very attentive to detail and polite.  They showed up each morning by 8:30 and worked until dark.  Painting took two days with the trim work completed on Monday.  The completed job looks fabulous and we couldn't be happier!  One of the things I most enjoyed about working with Certa-Pro was the excellent communication.  From the time Terry first met to review the job until the final walk-through, I received regular e-mails notifying me of scheduled work, checking to make sure the job was proceeding to our satisfaction and thanking us for our business.  I would absolutely recommend this firm to friends or anyone else.  In fact, I would love to have them do our interior paint project!

We had a great experience with CertaPro.  Their estimator (Terry) showed up in person and provided a fair price, not the lowest.  Owner Jessica reviewed the job before hand (in person) to go over what to expect, timeframes, etc.  All of the painters were professional, courteous and on-time.  The job was started with a powerwash on Tueday and done by Saturday, despite some rain Saturday morning.  The house looks great! Well worth the extra money versus our lowest bid.

I met with Jessica who owns the franchise. She gave me a detailed and fair estimate of what the job would cost. She carried around a very large binder that contained job evaluations from former clients. I accepted her estimate, and we met and discussed color schemes that we would use.

On the inside, we had some very high ceilings and walls that the workers needed to paint. They spent a lot of time on ladders, and protected our carpets and fixtures from stray paint drops. I asked them to change the light bulbs up there, and they did that also!
They pressure-washed the outside before they primed our home, caulked and sealed any cracks, etc. The workers were always very curteous and punctual. They cleaned up after themselves very well.

I think that they did a great job and I would use them again.
