We've been taking our car to Bent Wrench since moving to the area eight months ago. We have not required any major repairs but have been in several times for routine service and have found the Bent Wrench people to be responsive, competent, polite, and friendly, all of which we appreciate! We do not feel pushed to do more than is necessary, and it's helpful that they have told us when it looks like something would be needed in the near future so we can plan for that work. We have seen them be patient with difficult customers and have appreciated their flexibility in accommodating us when our schedules were difficult. Good work!
