I like it a lot. They are air insulated mattresses and each half has its own control so one side can be firm and the other side can be soft and you control it with the dial. I'm pretty sure that they are a national brand. They are the best beds I've ever slept on. I bought the first one probably 10 years ago and the second one about 3 years ago. It wasn't one replacing the other. I bought one for my vacation home as I couldn't find a bed I like nearly as well and then I bought one for my daughter about a year ago. The price depends on the size and level of sophistication in the controls and that kind of stuff. They have ones from $600 or $700 to $1500. It also depends on what you've actually got it filled with. You can get done with wood foam mattress toppers, but I didn't choose to do that because I have a foam mattress topper already that I put on top of it. For the things that you get they are not terribly bad price wise. I don't think they are a lot more expensive than other types of mattresses, but the flexibility to have one side foam and the other side soft or anywhere in between or to change the firmness of the side you are sleeping on if you've hurt your back or something like that, it's really fantastic. I went to a retailer in the Seattle area and there may be one in that country too, but I don't know. I think you can also order them over the phone or probably online, but I'm not sure. The people at the store are all very knowledgeable.

Their customer service was very good and the product was just outstanding. It was the second one we had bought from them. They were really terrific. I would rate them highly and will use them in the future.

I called the customer service 2 months and told them that the foam rubber at the edge on my bed has dipped. The guy asked if I sit on the edge of my bed and when I said yes, he said that it was not covered by warranty. He also said that the bed is for sleeping, not for sitting and he was not joking at all. So just for the heck of it I asked a couple of other questions and those were not covered either. When I asked him what was exactly covered under the warranty and he mentioned a couple of pricy things like the motor to raise the head. That was the customer service from the corporate office, so I called the local store and spoke to the sales lady that I bought it from. The manager called the corporate office and received the same answer which he felt was ridiculous. They were bad overall and the issue has not yet been resolved.
