Les Schwann tire center in Pullman,wa always go above and beyond for me. I always end up getting something for free.

Same as above: My 65-yr-old wife took our Toyota Camry for free removal of winter tires at the Les Schwab Tire Center in Pullman WA. Les Schwab then stated that our struts were warn out and gave my wife an unsolicited estimate of $786.14 for replacement of the struts and for realignment. We have a written copy of this estimate. On the following day, we took our car to our trusted local mechanic who examined the struts and concluded they were just fine. Furthermore, our mechanic stated one wouldn't expect there to be problems with the struts with this model of car at our accumulated miles. This is the second time that a member of our family has had this distateful experience at this Tire Center. Several years ago our then teenage daughter was told that she needed several hundred dollars worth of front end work. She was quite distraught given her limited budget. I followed up and discovered the steering linkage was just fine. The linkage continued to perform well until our daughter traded off the car some years later.
