Derrick was very prompt and personable. He inspected the problem and we decided together it wasn't necessary for him to come back to repair my roof leak over the weekend. He nailed down a shingle that had come loose. While I was away from home, he came back and repaired the roof, it isn't leaking into my kitchen anymore! I really appreciate his friendliness and prompt repair. hopefully, I won't need any more roof repairs, but if I do, I will certainly hire his company. Thanks, Derrick!~

Derek contacted me almost immediately after I contacted Home Advisor and after speaking with him and explaining my situation he said he could be onsite within the hour. 30 minutes later he arrived and after looking at the issue with my water heater and the exhaust vent made me feel assured he would be able to fix the problem. Within 30 minutes he had the exhaust vent piping realigned with the vent on the water heater. I discussed future projects with Derek as his company was the only one that provide immediate service and I will look to them for all m y roofing needs. Very professional and courteous, highly recommended !!

Fantastic company! Although my job was very small, I wasn't treated as a low priority. AAA 1 Roofing worked me in their very busy schedule, got the right type of shingle and the looks from outside matched perfectly.

I have a had a lot of negative experiences with contractors, and Derek put my mind at ease. He was honest, worked quickly, and also gave suggestions for other contractors that I may need for very specific jobs. I will absolutely use him again. He fixed a part of my roof that was done incorrectly by a previous contractor. He shows compassion and professionalism and tells it like it is in a realistic yet non-pushy way. If you've been burned by people in the past and you're super nervous about finding a contractor, I highly recommend him.

Re-roofed a stand-alone 2-car Garage and replaced a broken window. Excellent quality work. Very conscientious workers. Honest and straight forward pricing. I would hire them again. Some manufacturer's problems with the last three bundles of shingles caused a delay in the completion of the project.

For a widow on a single income I could not have had a better experience! Very prompt polite and most reasonably priced! This started on a Saturday after noon, after a bout four or five hours of the leak un detected on Friday night, he called promptly and came and temperaraly fixed it, returned the next day, A Sunday! He had a son in town wrestling is why he temerarilly fix on Saturday, yet he still took the time to come here in between his sons meet! I couldn't have been more pleased of his concern, Derek u truly went beyond the call of duty! Thanks! I will hire u soon for other things!

Derek was very professional and competitively priced. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge of roofing. My only concern was that we did not discuss color and when the repair was completed it was not a match to the existing roof tiles. Other than that a job well done and I would highly recommend.

Derek Sonnenberg and his workers were fast and efficient. They made sure the job was done right. Cleaned up afterwards and took all the old roofing with them. They even used a big medal wand to make sure there weren't any leftover shingle nails in my lawn. If I ever need my entire roof redone I will definitely be contacting them!!!!

AAA#1 provided me with quick, professional and honest service on the repairs for my roof. They were responsive (called me right away, got a bid quickly after a thorough review of my job, and were communicative throughout the process). They got the job done right. They were very clean and thorough. I would have no problem recommending them.
