The service went very well. They're reliable. They're well known in this area, they're a pretty good sized company.

Campbell and Company replaced my furnace and AC unit in the fall of 2013. They provided a top-of-the-line furnace that is very energy efficient. They also provide preventive maintenance twice a year.

They are always on time and are fast. My new HVAC has been great since day 1. I bought the unit through Costco and got numerous discounts, including $1500 on a Costco card. I'd highly recommend Campbell and Company for repair or replacement of your furnace or air conditioner.

In order to schedule my seasonal inspection it was 6 weeks before I could have a date. When the tech finally arrived on November 24th he was very thorough and did a contentious job. He found that the furnace was malfunctioning and probably had  a crack in the heat exchanger. He "red tagged" my furnace and capped off the gas line to it. Leaving me with no heat. The next day they contacted the parts supplier, but said it would take at least a week to get it. In the mean time they provided me with electric space heaters.
I also had estimates for a complete replacement HVAC system. Costs ranged from $8000 to $11,000 plus tax and installation sometime in December with forecasts of temps in the teens this weekend and no one working on Thanksgiving.
I have no problem with C&C's employees. They seem competent and respectful. I do feel that the seasonal inspections I'm paying for should be done in a timely fashion and have a 6 week lead time. Maybe they have signed up too many people for this maintenance program and need to hire more inspectors. I also think in the middle of winter they should show a little more rushed to get the heat back on.
I also think their prices are inflated. I wound up having my entire HVAC replaced through Home Depot for $7,300 including tax the next day. And yes the Bryant system I have now is the equivalent of the C&C $8,000 Colman or Lennox.

The service technician was a pleasure to work with.  He was professional, explaining everything in as much detail as I asked for, but was never pushy with any part of the service.  I would definitely use Campbell and Company again for HVAC service and maintenance.  Two thumbs up!

They were awesome!!! From the estimate through the service, they were great. They were on time, professional, and fully explained all that they were going to do. I talked to two other companies and was not impressed, but Campbell was fantastic. The work was done in one day, and the total cost matched the estimate. We were thrilled with the service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Great! They were very thorough and did a very professional job. They were prompt, on schedule and under quote. They followed up on their work with satisfaction surveys, physical checkups and service. Not only did they perform the work that they quoted me, they installed 2 outside work outlets in the house that were requested by me for no additional charge. They come in with a crew and get the job done and get out.

Their crews have specialty duties such as they brought in their own electrical crew to perform the electrical portion, In doing this, the job was easily performed in a manner to meet local electrical code. Passing the code inspection was not a problem.

Unlike their competitor in Yakima, Comfort Pros, they are prompt on communication and do not pass the buck and blame the customer. They also do not push to upsell what the customer wants.

I recently bought this house and a home warranty was purchased with it.  It has been extremely hot (2 weeks in excess of 100 degrees) and it seemed the ac unit, although functioning, was not keeping up so I called Campbell for a maintenance and diagnostic visit.  Nick from Campbell showed up on time and went right to work.  He diagnosed the unit as being old (1975 vintage) and went about doing a full check on the system.  He identified many parts that are going to need replaced and actually only charged me for the diagnostic as there really wasn't much maintenance he could do.  Credit card payment was prompt and he filled out a very thorough quote, showed me around the system, and told me what my options are.  All in all it took just over an hour.

Went well for the most part. Estmator was to provide a resource for a water heater installation along with the A/C estimate. NEVER HAPPENED. He was clean and professional and spent some time measuring windows, but it was price higher than I was willing to pay at the time.
